Careerlink Holdings, Inc. [Careerlink.com], a provider of HR recruiting, staffing and retention software and services, announced it intends to allow new public investment in the company under Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Regulation A+. 

Careerlink.com has been a regional job board for 20 years and is under new ownership who is adding staffing and other employer services to the business model.
