This week the boys talk to 20 year old Elite Trampolinist Erin Hopgood. 

Erin's story through one of the worst injuries imaginable to her journey through strength and conditioning and her road back to competing is something that we have complete and utter admiration and respect for. 

We dive until Erins mindset through adversity, her will to improve and her ability to adapt where most people would fall and fail. 

We can all learn so much from such a young and inspirational character
