CW: In this episode we discuss violence involving children and pedophilia.
In this episode, a father and daughter with psychic powers flee from a secret government agency trying to kill them. Along the way, they ruin the lives of an innocent farmer, blow up a few police cars and set a bunch of things on fire.
Look, I'll level with you, we're not quite sure what to say about this one. 1984's Firestarter was a meandering slog through a labrynth of wasted potential, and while the 2022 reboot may have cut out some of the fluff, it still left a bad taste in our mouth.
One thing we do know: Stephen King deserves better than this.
