Saddled with a whopping THIRTEEN FILMS scattered across AT LEAST five continuities (Bryan Singer original, First Class nouveau, Logan, Deadpool, and New Mutants, if you're keeping score), this franchise has racked up a flop-to-hit ratio that would make any studio exec blush. They've adapted nearly every major villain and milked all the major storylines (Dark Phoenix was so nice they did it twice). Through it all, the diehard fans keep getting angrier and more bitter. Regardless, the world allegedly waits with bated breath for the debut of mutants in the MCU. We already opened the door with our Wolverine pitch, so Kevin Feige has agreed to hear us plan Disney+'s big kickoff to the world of the X-Men! X-Force? X-Factor? Deadpool? Dang, there are a lotta ways into this one...
