Rebecca Sounds Reveille with Marko Van Dango

Rebecca has a lively conversation with Marko Van Dango, who is a retired engineer with a creative flair, originally from the northeast coast of England. From a young age, he had a passion for drawing and portrait art, skills he carried into his career during a time when hand-drawn illustrations were essential. Although the rise of computer-aided design posed challenges, he embraced new outlets such as greeting card design and language studies. His spiritual journey began in 1980 with Bible studies, leading to his baptism as a Jehovah’s Witness in 1982. Marko’s creative spirit extended to songwriting, which resulted in a 2017 radio interview on RTE in Ireland after submitting a song to the Irish Eurovision Song Contest. Inspired by these ventures, he authored a four-part book series, “The Big Bad Wolf,” self-published on Amazon KDP. His audiobooks, which feature original music, add a unique twist to the timeless Big Bad Wolf narrative.
