So I have a daughter named Angel, and Angel now, for the first time ever, is running track. Okay. I'm very happy for her. She even came home the other day and said she wanted to run hurdles. I'm like, what the world? What in the world? Yes, what in the flow Jackson is happening

over here? Okay. So anyway, I was like, this is this is amazing. So the coach sends out maybe like a seven paragraph email, which is very long an email world, okay, actually for a coach, yes, about like this season, what was going to be happening the dudes, and don't the schedule everything. I was like cool, and I read the whole thing because you know, normally I check out sentence number two and at the end of this sixth paragraph email, it says at the bottom there will be a parent

meeting next Tuesday at six o'clock. So I was like, wow, like, you know, this is this is my child's first year doing this. I don't know what track moms do. I don't know nothing about a track mom. So I gotta go to this dumbass meeting. Okay, I get to the meeting. It's six o'clock and like, they already had a two hour track practice. So the girls are tired. They want to go home, and a door is there because she plays the cross so she finished her practice. We're all

sitting there waiting for this man. He comes in. Can I tell you what he does? He goes over to email that he sent us. The email. Are you serious? He goes over the email and nothing more, nothing more, nothings. I was living what so? And then he says at the end, So I say to Angel, it's a packed room. I say to Angel, and we're sitting not near the door. I said, Angel, were out of here. Come on. She was like, Mommy, we can't leave. That would be like crazy.

We just walked out and left. We can't do You're out the door win while he's reading the email. Yes I want to leave. He printed out his own email. Yes he's read. I was pissed. So long story short, I don't leave because then I would have been like that mom that left in the middle of the meeting that I already read, and so I stayed. Um And then at the end he was like, well, guys, you know, thank you so much for coming. I just want you to know, you all to know that I'm a rambler.

Sometimes I ramble, and um, if you never catch me in the parking lot and I stop you, you know, just before warned I'm a rambler, I'm like you never you will never stop me. Forget you met me, dude. So I got my children and we got the hell out of there. But sir, I don't even know what your name is. Track coach. You are shady, oh my god, and you are the shady man of the week. Yes, oh, okay, that's annoying. Yes, okay, I'm sorry. It's gonna be real

quick and simple. The dad gonna shaker bottle that I told you about, the shaker two weeks ago, shaker bottle, the shaker bottle that's in my sink, that's still in my sink, the shaker bottle. Who has the shaker want? Okay, yeah, I remember I told you one so first it went from my my brother in law with the baby. But remember that the shaker bottle that I talked about, that's his like his prochein shake. But the same one, yes, the same one from a few weeks it's still in

the same still there. This is disgusting. Yeah, who's gonna rent this thing out? Who's gonna clean it? It's going in the trash at some point. Wait a minute, wait a minute, okay. And I know this because I know why he has missed a clean okay, and he has not cleaned this bottle. No, No, he's just forgotten about. It's just there and he wants you to do it. I don't know it's going in the trash. I don't know. But this was like weeks ago that I mentioned this

shaker bottle. This isn't shady. This is disgusting. Okay, for the record, this is disgusting. And by the way, guys, if you guys hear a bunch of like noise in the back. We're at Robin's house. She has construction going on. I know. We went from Gazelle's house with all the construction to my house with all the constructions. Yes, so just bear with us. And it's so crazy because I'm like, oh my god, Jael, now I know how you felt, yes when you had all those people in your house

all the time, people in my house noise. I was just dust everywhere it's just bad. It is, and I'm so like, oh my gosh, I feel like I'm like like like I'm hot. I'm trying to like hide in my house. Yes, you're right now, y'all don't know this, but there's a construction all over Robin's house, whereas mine was kind of like in areas, so when they weren't

in that area, I was like able to live right. Um. But yeah, it's just a whole lot going on in Robin's house that you might may or may not see on season seven of The Real Housewine, which may or may not be coming on. Okay, fine, that was a teaser,

So I do want to talk about Russell Wilson really quickly before we get into some other things, because he said he spends a million dollars on his body, oh nutrition, just in total, just because his body is a machine and he needs to be ready to perform. But it's a million dollars a bit much. That sounds extreme? What what how much money does he make a year? Because he's a good and he's probably you know, he's got to be like he's a quarterback. Um, he's a

he's a very good quarterback. He's probably at least fifteen millions. Okay, so he's fifteen mates, So this is what this is? What what's one million? What's the percentage? So that's fifteen million. It's and then I believe her parents are involved because her parents need to make sure that the courtship, however these guys according her, is done properly to approve and like it's all like you know, meet me, like have a picnic and bring some grapes and some cheese, like

My name is Angelica. I met my boyfriend during the start of the pandemic in He finally came to visit me on my birthday, which was September four. He is from North Carolina and knew we would be in a long distance relationship since I live in Maryland. Also, him coming to my birthday was a first date. He had to get a hotel. He stayed there for three days.

He also paid for all meals. When he took me out before Christmas, I got him a gift and I really wasn't expecting anything in return because I did it from the kindness of my heart. However, on Christmas, he made a sarcastic comment, he said, did you get me a gift? I found the comment strange because I got him a gift three days before Christmas to make sure

he would get it at a decent time. At that point, after he made his comment, I felt unappreciated because he also complained about how much money he spent when he came to Maryland, and because of that, I knew why I didn't received a gift from him. I decided to text him and told him that we need to just be friends. I just didn't think he would make a good boyfriend. Well, he's mad because he spent money coming

to see her. Yeah, right, he came to see her, and he figured all that money he spent to come see her was her gift, was her gift, and then didn't get her a gift. And when she got him a gift, he's like, oh, like, did you give me a gift? Now, boy, by that that's not a good boyfriend. Okay, Yeah, he got to go. No, he got to go. Okay, this one, this one right here, says I knew you weren't the one when he stole my credit card and tried to use to pay to get his car out

of the towing o. No he's not. Not only he's not the one, he's a criminal. He's a thing. Yeah. Okay, has any has that ever happened to you? No? I mean okay, so I knew this guy wasn't the one. Let me tell what he did. He this is me personally. He came over and um, he was like, I'm gonna make you a lobster dinner. So I was like, okay. So he he brought legitimately live lobsters to my house. Okay, and he he got a pot, he cooked up the lobsters, he cracked it open. He did his thing right. It

was amazing. We had lobster in my house. Got the butter all that, so we ate afterwards. He was like thinking he was gonna gonna get some booty and I was like, so all I'm good for is a lobster. It was a lobster tail and some drawing butter I got and he was mad. He like I was like, wait a minute. And he even said it out of his money. He's like, wait a minute, So you mean like you ain't gonna get me note, I mean I

brought lobster over here. I was like, bro, if you don't get the hell out of my house, the hell out of my house. Okay. So that's when I knew he wasn't the one. But the food was good. The food was good, Okay, but yes, he wasn't worth the lobster. Don like, who does that? Well, I guess he thought he was like charming you and he was winding and died. He he charmed my stomach, not my panties coming off. Okay, there's two different things the effort. Now, look he made lobster.

Who says that, though who says I did? This is not transaction actual, so he was basically making it transactional. And that's I didn't like, Look, how long were you dating him? Okay? So this was not long, maybe like two weeks. I was like, buddy, get out of here. And this is when I was like a straight up hot girl. I had like men's from everywhere, Like like back in the day, it was good if you had

a millionaire, not a billionaire. Okay, I had all kinds of millionaires coming at me, and all you can bring me is a lobster Like, no, you weren't impressed. No, I was not impressed, and you were not getting you were not getting the booty? All right? You got one that is Oh wait a minute, where this is a good one. He wasn't the one. This girl knew he wasn't the one when he called out mom during sex? What what her ears weren't clean? Ain't no mom, ain't

no it. Okay, w have you ever called out somebody's the wrong name? I have? Really? Yes? Okay, So what happened? I was bad? It was so bad. So was it like a person that you were like in a relationship with kind of sort of and so okay, we were done right. We were just like into bed chilling and I called him, I like looked him dead in his face. I'm the worst. So I was like, oh shit, so you know how you know? You you messed up like a name that he was like familiar with. H God.

So he got up and he left the bed, and he like went and tinkered around in the kitchen or something and came back. And then I was just I didn't say anything right, And I remember the next day I had to get on the flight and come and come home. So I sat down on my little flight and there was a white guy sitting next to me. I said, let me ask you a question. So I called the dude the wrong name. Should I bring it up and apologize? He said no, really, He told me,

do not bring it up. If he's mad about it, he will bring it up and don't say nothing. And I did that, and then like a week later he brought he brought it up. Yes, he was like, don't you ever call me that name again? Oh my god. But he didn't bring it up in that moment. I would think he would have just no, He like, let it go. I think he didn't know how to respond. So yeah, So thank you, miss Lane's white man on the plane who helped me out in that. Why do

I have too many stories about this? You have time because you because you do with lots today eating. Yes, I do, and I know when they're not right. You do lots of dating. Okay, Okay, let's say, um, I remember read this one. She starts off with some praise for us. I'm gonna read that too, because we appreciate. Oh yes, high ladies. I just want to start off by saying, I'm a huge fan of you two and I just beend your podcast. I love both of you all,

but I really relate to robbing. She's so chill, cater No, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding. Yes, Robin is amazing. She's so chill, but pops off when her chill energy and peace is disturbed. I am very much like that, but Giselle has my mouth piece. She's very blunt, honest and opinionated and stands on it every time. She says what people are afraid to say. Yeah, she's saying what y'all thinking in y'all head chicken to say it right? All right? We love you, Thank you Nissy for that.

So she tells me that I knew my person was not the one when I realized they were a narcissist and manipulating me to think I wasn't valuable and couldn't do anything right. So I left and divorced them nine years ago rediscovered my value to know the new men have peace again. So Nisy, congratulations to you. You know it's never too late, you know. So it sounds like you were married to this person. They did not value you.

They made you feel less than But congrats, hats off to you for knowing your worth, knowing who you are, making that change, and and putting one ft in front of the other. Okay, so let I want to talk. Everybody uses the word narcissist, like what is exactly? Like? I do understand that it means like you can only think of yourself, right, but I mean, hey, why are

we're on the topic. Let me just let me Okay, good, I don't want to speak out of you know, I don't want to be incorey, yes, but because I mean I feel like a little narcissism and everyone isn't bad, right, Like you do need to think about yourself and think about what makes you happy and make sure that you think about like yeah, but it's more like these are

more toxic traits. So yeah, so narcissism um personality qualities include thinking very highly of oneself, needing admiration, believing others are inferior, and lacking empathy for others. Okay, so the first two things I'm not mad at thinking highly of oneself and needing admiration. Well, every now and again, give me a little clap plan. But the third one, right, believing others are inferiors, that's the problem. And lacking empathy for others. Yeah, those two, those last two are a problem.

They also are self centered. They have arrogant thinking and behavior. I don't like that. Um again, a lack of empathy and consideration for other people, and and excessive need for admiration. Okay, yeah. Others often describe people with narcissistic personality disorder as cocky, manipulative, selfish, patronizing, and demanding. So do we know anyone like that? Um? Yeah,

we know. Yeah, problem, but she just caught herself real quick. No, no, but no, Like, so a narcissist, it's really like the world revolves around them and they think that they are They either think that they're like the best thing on earth or they want to be perceived as the best thing on earth. And I believe that they feel like if it's not their way, it ain't right. Right. Yeah,

that's that's unfortunate. So being with a narcissist someone and it's just like it's just it's like an extreme personality where they're like so stubborn you can't even like, you know, rationalize with that person because they think so highly of themselves and they think the world like when they think the world revolves around them. Right, Okay, So one thing

I knew side note two things. One, I knew that this dude was not for me when we would get on elevators and he would talk to people just I think you said this one I mentioned that before he would like have conversations with other people an elevator. That drove me crazy. That's because you're a narcissist and you wanted the only talk to you. Yes, talk to me, all right, all right, we got another one. Okay, so this woman said she knew he wasn't the one when

he bought me a kid's meal. Listen, if, first of all, if you're taking my to McDonald's and we want to drive through right once we get there, if you don't even ask me if I want from a meal from the grown folks section, that's a problem. Now. Was that because he was trying to send a message and say you only need to eat a kid's meal, you don't need all this value big meal or is it because he was cheap? I don't know. She did not give

lot of factors involved. But it's funny. I'll just say this one I read so this person was pledging for her sorority and he was cheating. And I'm just tell you this that happened to me too. Uh not robbing was pledged. Doubts the wines, I get the streets because but it was because all of a sudden, like he's used to just having me, you know, to himself, and I'm there all the time. And when you pledge, like

you gone, they don't you. First of all, you have to be so discreet, you're not telling them what's going on, and you're gone, and they're like, oh, come, you can come over, and you're like, oh, I can't. I don't know when I can come. I mean it was just like you know, like for him, it was a lot to adjust to andy lonely and I'm not making expenses, but I was pledging it. He cheated. That ain't new listen, Robin said, that's what they all do. Okay, so you

should have kept it. They can't handle it. They can't Okay, the new found the time. All this time you have you spending away from him, right, okay, this this is my last one. When she knew he was not the one, when he got mad because I cooked my bacon in the oven instead it on the stove. Mad. He was hot, he said, he said, I want my bakon, I want my baking. I want to I want to cook. Right he wanted. He wanted it on the stove. We didn't want it in the oven. Now, mind you, I cooked

my bacon in the oven. Yeah, I'll do it both ways. It just takes so long in the oven because well, first of all, it takes long for the oven to heat up. That's the part. Like I don't feel like waiting for the oven. Okay, but I mean I feel like bacon on the stove it like smokes up the whole house. But I feel like the oven can smoke up the house too. No, it's like contained to the oven. Okay, maybe you got a bad oven. It's like I don't have a bad oven. One time I cooked bacon in

the oven and my whole house was smoky. Oh, I get something wrong. Something something happened right, Okay, But I like it both ways. I just don't like waiting for the oven to heat up. I kind of put it in there. Okay. So let's say I put the oven on fift. The oven could be on two hundred. I'm throwing that bacon in and it's just gonna heat up as the You know it's gonna cook as the oven heats up. Yes, um, But but I get it like

little things I remember, um. So I would make waffles or pancakes all the time, and I can't say this about this Jamal Bryant. We do love Jamal Bran for who he is. But he was like, where where the meat? He was like, I can't eat pancakes with i't meat? Oh God. I'm like, well I don't. I didn't cook any meat that because if you don't cook the bacon way before, like the pancakes on the waffles, it's the timing. So I had forgotten. So I was like, well, we

don't have no meat today. It's me. It's meatless. So he felt he felt he felt like the pancakes weren't gonna be good. That's why they're right. But some people are like they have to have certain things with certain things. That is true. But but yeah, I mean the he but he got mad. I mean like, oh, but you know, it's expand your horizons. Horizons. Yes, for the love of God, you know. I had a UM dude and he remember back in the day when UM guys started like twisting

the top of their hair. Yeah, I didn't like that. He had to go, wait, do you have a grown man? What's doing that? Like what Corey does? Wait? Wait not no, now, now the kids do the sponge thing, right, This was like it was like glue and not glue. It was um, what do you call Gael? It was Jael, You're just sitting in the dry air. It was. It was a whole lot going on. I said, no, that's like that was too much. Yeah, that's just just cut it, just keep it low, just keep it like this is in

my twenties. I was I was all over the place this one dude. Okay, never mind, I'm done. I'm really okay. Fine, So I get to the club. He's in there with his um, his boys and he knew I was coming. That's you had the story be from. He knew I was coming with my girlfriend. I walk in and he's like, has a girl like on his lap, and so I was like, hi, Gezelle's here, and he was like, no,

that's just my friend, Like she's not anybody. So I was like, okay, well you can date her now because you're not dating me because somebody was sitting on your lap when I walked into the WASO. Yes, yes, he's still apiologizing to that, to this. Really, he regrets it. He regrets the one that got away. I'm oh, I have famously the one that got away from like so many dudes because I broke up with them too fast. Wait, all right, we gotta go ro look at dr episode
