This leads into a discussion on how attitudes and gestures can severely effect the jury, with an emphasis on the Amanda Knox case. After that, Adam and Mark get into talking about the Scott Peterson trial. Then, Adam and Mark talk about the bizarre circumstances surrounding the Gary Condit and Chandra Levy investigation. Before they wrap, Adam explains his NFL theory on generally good teams who consistently lose games they should not.
