Episode description

Adam opens the show discussing with Mark why his Paul Newman documentary (Winning: The Racing Life of Paul Newman) not getting into Sundance which leads to a discussion of the genesis of the perception that Adam is racist and homophobic. This leads Mark into telling a story about a racist attorney he had worked with in the past who, likely as a result of his racism, was a wunderkind when it came to jury selection. As the show wraps up, Mark and Adam examine the ethics case being brought against now retired LAPD Sgt. Jim Parker who was involved in questioning and ultimately arresting 'Django Unchanied' actress Daniele Watts.
