I'll share my own why. Years ago, I thought my purpose was to build financial security for my family. While that's important, it wasn't the full story. It hit me when my son with Down syndrome was born. My why shifted to creating a future where he'd had everything he needed to thrive no matter what. That became my North Star and it changed how I approach my business. Every call I make, every deal I close, it's all connected to that bigger vision. So today, take five minutes to clarify your why. Reflect. Ask yourself, what gets me out of bed every day? Two, write it down. Put your why into words and keep it somewhere you'll see it daily. And thirdly, let it guide you. Use your why as your filter for your decisions and motivator when things get tough. Here's the insight. When you know your why, you're not just working, you're building something meaningful. And hey, If your current why feels a little stale, don't worry, it can evolve. Think of it like a haircut. You might need a fresh one every so often to keep things sharp.
