109 Emotions are high and I understand why!

I just wanted to take a moment to get a few things off my chest and let folks know what I’m feeling and why it’s best for me to say what I need to and move on. I’m learning that It’s best for me to talk about the things that bother me rather than hold onto my thoughts and negatively blow up later. 2020 has been one for the record books but, I’m still optimistic that we can still be better than we were yesterday!
