Life always finds a way to test and challenge our character from time to time. In those moments do we react or respond? At some point we’ve got to recognize that a pattern my have developed and it’s making life difficult to navigate. In most cases there’s no one to blame but ourselves. We’ve got to understand that changing our mindset is one of the most important factors in order to see necessary changes in our life. There was a old cartoon back in the day called G.I. Joe and there slogan was “knowing is half the battle” which is some of the realist shit ever still to this day.
