Danny Roberts was a featured cast member on The Real World: New Orleans in 2000. He inadvertently became an advocate for the movement against the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy that banned gays from openly serving in the military. Danny talks about being cast for the show, how he coped in the years after the show, dealing with the fallout from the spotlight, his openness about being HIV positive, and how the show changed his life. Today he is a digital design recruiter and a father.
