Retired FBI Special Agent Richard Marquise discusses Pan Am Flight 103, which exploded over Lockerbie, Scotland, on December 21, 1988, after a bomb was detonated. All 259 people on board were killed, and 11 individuals on the ground also died. Marquise initially led the FBI’s Pan Am Flight 103 investigation. 

  

Richard Marquise is a retired FBI agent with 31 years of FBI service including over 20 years as a manager and leader of squads, and FBI field divisions and 14 years of experience training law enforcement officials from over 30 countries including Albania, Kenya, Lebanon, Pakistan, the Philippines and Serbia, among others. He is the author of Scotbom: Evidence and the Lockerbie Investigation.
