S2E39: A Call to Greatness for Leaders

This podcast is a call to greatness for leaders who are practicing the philosophy to stay true to a wider concept of keeping an open mind, an open heart and staying curious. It's about how we can fall into overusing one part of the philosophy - calling people to greatness, accountability - and underusing self-compassion and compassion towards others. When this happens, we find ourselves out of balance.

My desire is for you to use this podcast as a self-reflection of how you are evolving yourself first, and then your talent, so you can go out and do great things in this world.
