"I went to The Paleo Mom's workshop in February 2019 and it was lovely. At the workshop, we talked about working out and hunger hormones. When we talk about exercise and weight loss, is there science behind high-intensity workouts that you burn calories throughout the day (after the workout) if the workout is intense enough? OR do you simply burn the calories DURING the workout and it stops there? I’ve read that there isn’t much science behind this theory (but I think it may be a hypothesis?!)" - Lauren
