I welcome back Nadia Ahrens who is a former Psychotherapist now a practicing Transformational Life Coach. We discuss the topic of Codependency. Many of us may have certain assumptions of what that may mean or a certain person who comes to mind when bringing up codependent. Surprisingly, in this podcast, we learn that all of us have certain degrees of codependency because as Nadia points out, we were all born from an umbilical cord.
