219 - Are 12 Step meetings right for me? Here is what to expect when going to a support program

In this episode I discuss with you what meetings look like in reality compared to what we wish that they looked like!  If we just go to meetings, it will not keep us sober.  We need to build a network of people that will help us navigate our sobriety and also hold us accountable to our actions!  If you find that you dont like the first few meetings that you attend, dont give up! Try new ones!
