About our guest for this week, she has been a Real Estate Appraiser since 1988 before getting licensed as a Real Estate Marketing Specialist in 2019. Her background is varied, from appraising high rise condominiums on Coronado Island in California, Horse property in San Luis Obispo County on the Central Coast of California, Custom Cottages on the Columbia River Gorge in Washington and moutainside Luxury Homes in Paradise Valley, Arizona. She was then asked to be a Review Appraiser in the great recession and after 4 years of intense work for B of A, WAMU and Landsafe.

Indeed, two heads are better than one ever since she collaborated with her husband and fixed up over 50 home between both of them. And now they bring their combined knowledge and experience, as Licensed Real Estate Professionals and Market Specialists, for their clients throughout Metro Phoenix.
