In this episode of the Real Estate Power Play Podcast, hosted by Mark Monroe, Ronald Walker, Marty Grizzanti, and Gabe Rodarte. Mark, Ronnie, Gabe and Marty talked about flipping houses, buying them, Doing rehabs, and what to look for in 2022. Marty discussed why flipping is a great way in making serious money and how it changed the game for them and opened a lot of doors. On the other hand, Gabe talked about how having a construction background or even knowing the ins and outs of everything in a house, there are still some challenges on buying a house, financing a home, no clue on selling a house. It’s a whole new perspective.

Gabe would look into numbers however, probably on a 50/50 split on flipping a house in the Houston Metro Area. Marty states that they wanted triple down and do the flipping as an actual business and those that does not make sense will proceed to go on wholesale.
