This show continued by completing the lecture on the Cal Vet home loan program. Topics covered included Eligibility Requirements, fees, interest rates and how Mortgage Brokers can originate Cal Vet loans. Also, there was a demonstration of the Cal Vet web site that contained an overview of the materials on the web site. The last part of the show covered State-Sponsored Home loan programs which address first time buyers programs and people needing down payment assistance. Finally, there was a discussion of the services that the Sacramento Home Loan Counseling Center provides for low income home buyers and assistance for people that need to repair their credit.
