When giving a two weeks notice, you feel as if you are leaving the company in good standing on record. Which most likely is true. Often we do not expect a backlash if we follow company policy. However, that is always not the case. These are the lessons I learn when I gave a 30 days notice to my job and how my exit strategy did not go as planned.
