In 2009 Jock Davis was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and was given a prognosis of 3-5 years to live. He's in year 9 now, healthy and happy, and he talks with us about happiness, mindset and the meaning of life. As Jock says, happiness and purpose is accessible to everyone.
