On today's episode I talk with Fabi Preslar about the ups and downs of owning a business. I wanted to have Fabi on the show because she's written a fabulous new book all about "F Words" and also because I feel a kinship with her as a business owner who's not afraid to admit that some days owning a business is really, really tough. I feel that this is a dialogue that we all need to be having more often. The more we normalize and de-stigmatize failure, the more we free ourselves to take risks and to build something fabulous for ourselves, our families and our employees.
