Episode description

Calling all Readerzz!

Welcome back to the podcast everyone! Before giving a rundown on the episode today, I would like to take a moment of gratitude to appreciate all this podcast has done for me. Through this medium, I have had the pleasure of working with some seriously incredible folks, and learn a lot from the process. I also feel that reading these books while asking questions and thinking of real-world applicability has helped me gain a lot more from the process! And I want to appreciate everyone who has listened to the episodes (no matter how inconsistent), because each one helps me grow and become better at this. Without further ado, let’s get into it!

Today’s episode is part one of Hidden Potential, by Adam Grant. One of my personally favorite authors, Grant talks about the science behind success, growth, and achievement. In this book, he discusses how to tap into possibilities to grow, and the science behind making that happen. In today’s episode, we will discuss the paradigm of “missing the window,” being comfortable being uncomfortable, and the perfect science of imperfection.
