Rays Your Voice: Winter Meetings Update

With the Winter Meetings well underway, they discuss what moves the Rays might and probably will make before the start of the season. We also have an update on the Rays stadium saga, after the St. Petersburg City Council approved the issuance of bonds for the Historic Gas Plant District redevelopment in their last meeting, and the Pinellas County Commission seems poised to do the same when they reconvene.
