Episode 02 - [inter]generational trauma

This episode dives into the topic of generational trauma as an individual, first-person based experience, relating to the history of our grandparents and parents directly. Angie V discusses how the lives of our preceding generations can greatly affect our own life, specifically when it involves unresolved traumas and unhealed wounds.
