Mobilising the Global South

In this episode we meet Samir Rocha, a Brazilian full of passion for Jesus, for the church and for reaching Muslims. He has spent many years leading a team in Asia and is soon to return there to set up a training and mentoring programme for Latinos and others from the Global South to become church-planters in the Muslim world.

He and Matt talk about calling/guidance, the advantages of on-field practical ministry training over academic/theoretical training, the importance of sacrifice in Muslim cultures, and mobilising young people for mission.
