Appreciate you being out. Uh, we'll getting ready to travel. We'll be in the air soon and looking forward to playing a very important AFC game. So what question do you have, John?
It seems like you have like four I think cool wide receivers. I've been in and out this week of practice. Overall, I know it's not specifically every player, but overall wide receiver.
Do you feel comfortable with the help of a guy right now?
I do. I feel very good about health of the guys and it should be in a good shape.
John. We talk about cupping for star players on offense and defense, but Darius Davis is number one and punk return yardist right now. They have a really good pluck return team just special teams as a whole. Just what's the preparation been like for that entire unit.
Well, it's been good. We've worked hard at it. You know, you got it. It's not just the returner that's a big part of it, but it's also the rushes, the block blockers in front of the rushers, all their things that go with it. So Uh, and not just that phase too. I mean it's a good special teams unit.
It seems like everybody is, you know, so, uh, we've prepared for that just like we always do, and uh, I try to go out there and have a positive impact on the game with the sort of a steady mini break here.
The guys are fresh and really good about going out to the West Coast I've seen.
Yeah, we're just excited to go play the game. You know, focus has been on that. Guys have worked really hard. Uh. I think they have taken care of themselves physically, you know, throughout the stretch that we've been on. But uh, really is only one thing we're thinking about. That's a game time on Sunday night.
Chargers have the most strip sacks.
In the league of Yeah, for years.
How important do is fall security, especially for Lamar and how much of different.
Service, Well, I mean the Chargers have have have a ton of fumbles covers. You know, they're they're they're leading the league basically in turnover margin. Uh, it's a big part of the game. I mean, that's something they do exceptionally well on both sides of the ball, strip sacks being the main part of that. You're right number one in the league at that. So we have emphasized that we've built our protections accordingly, and we've got to be very conscious of that.
