The response to the first Mental Health episode was amazing! For the second installment, we wanted to give yall an update on how our New Year has started out!
We have been trying out new ideas/methods to help keep Kacy's anxiety and depression at bay and so far so good! Its an ongoing battle (as she articulates beautifully in this episode) but we are in this together and positivity is key!
Also.......I binge watched a show about cheerleaders on Netflix. And im not even mad about it! Shout out to my boy Jerry, seems like the coolest dude in the world and a person we could all learn a lot from!!
