R and B money.
We are.
Thank you take valoti. We are the authorities on all things R and B.
We are rolling.
Yeah, the Army Money podcast. I am tank.
This is mister J.
Bellentown. Where are your authorities on R and B? And in the building were building?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, long time family member ROLL and B Royalty.
Independent Independent run shooting.
Oh yeah it's easy. Yeah it's around here now, you.
Man. Thank you for being in the building. Bro.
I mean, you know, we we do this on a regular family you know I'm saying, But we wanted wanted to get it on the camera.
And we're about flowers, you know what I'm saying.
We're about flowers and the celebration of our guys.
Man, you know what I'm saying.
We never wanted to ever go down without you knowing that we appreciate you one hundred percent. You know what I'm saying, as a as a musical entity, as a father, as a man, as a brother, and whatever you ever need from us goes without saying, is what it is off the sentimental ship. So I always like to say, people ask me how do I feel about the state of R and B?
And it's a big question.
There and it's a layer question.
It's a layered question, a layered question, and I'm kind of biased.
Two people creating R and B.
Regardless of the stance or position it may have in mainstream, I still hear very incredible R and B music being made by a lot of dope artists, mainly yourself, and you keep, you know what I'm saying, Like you keep.
You got a new project every couple of months, you like with new artwork.
He's a new guy, new character. Like Okay, So what what is your take in terms of where you feel R and B is and how do you feel about your place in R and B? Man?
I think R and B is definitely in a great place as far as the people and the consumers yearning for it. You know, I think it's desired. I think once there's a great R and B song, we all go listen. You know, I think we all supported it, especially you know a lot of the uh uh, you know, artists like her Daniel Sees, you know, like the people, you know a lot of people that to be rocking when it's like they all just like, yeah, that's R and B. You know what I mean, They're going crazy
over there. Consistently, so you know, I feel like that's dope. But as far as when you say that word layers.
Mm hmm, I put myself in a different bracket, you know.
So when I think about me Eric Bellingser, the artist, I'm not only thinking the artists, thinking the songwriter, of course, I'm thinking the producer. I'm thinking the engineer. I'm thinking the musician. I'm thinking the performer. I'm thinking the entertainer. I'm thinking the marketing guy, you know, hands on Mars, crazy, that silver, you.
Know, it's a lot of it speaking of.
I don't want to put another ice because I want to be on chill, show up.
To the double. I just want to I just want to say, you know, I'm a.
Humble guy, and I think when you remain and when you are that person, I think I think a lot of I think a lot of people will just leave you.
B Yeah, you know what I'm saying.
And I was never after the attention too crazy, like I didn't go for it, just always went for new music.
I just went to the studio.
I just always made another album, another album, another song, another song. And I think with the freedom to release Nieman new like yo if we keep releasing like crazy, it's just going to add up to streams, to fans, to more people, everything, everything. So I'm like he come, you know, each each year he has the you know, the plan sids and me he got you know.
We stick together.
We stick together, that's the dog together, and we.
Might shoot up some ship together.
So I think he just he just knew, you know, he's money guy. You know what I'm saying, Like, Yo, if we do this, this, that and you know, and enable me to just make music like crazy with the infrastructure in place of we released four albums a year minimum. We got the songs, so we made it more so about the music more uh over the.
Popularity, you know what I mean.
And that popularity in itself is gonna get you a lot of streams too if you go for just that.
You feel me, But I didn't have that desire.
I've tried a few things, you know, if you know, speaking on issues that might have happened in my life, to where now I'm the talk of the town.
Now we're viral.
Now we you know, on Shade Room, and now we're doing breakfast club interviews, you know, and all that stuff comes because I got this little issue with old boy, you know what I'm saying.
So since you mentioned it, because obviously this show isn't about that, right, we don't. We don't, we don't, we don't delve into that, but I would like to know your stance and why and why you kind of jumped out there as a person who really don't it's not your thing. So I'm saying, you've never been that type
of person. But people have to understand when you're building a brand, right, which you guys, what you guys have been building for a while, and it's something that we've witnessed and something that we've applauded and definitely been by y'all side as far as just rooting for y'all, you know what I mean, So to watch y'all build that up.
And so when I when I saw that, I saw, you know, everybody saw the little you know, the talk and and the social media thing, and and I had I had a bit of an understanding of it, but I never like like you like you know us, we don't get it. We don't get in nobody business, you know what I mean, Like everybody handles their business. We're all grown men, you know what I mean? Other than if we can step in and say, hey, man, was
it that serious? Maybe it shouldn't go there. But any other type of things we don't hype, none of them.
That's not what we're about.
But I think the people should know where you were as far as mentally, like when it all went down and how it went down, you know what I mean, Because as we build these brands, like you were telling me off camera, You're like, bro, it's the same thing.
You know.
Somebody seeing R and B money.
Right, you know that's me.
That's what I was on, you know what I mean.
That's why I was like, all right.
All I really did was respond made a video.
Yo, man, y'all think you know what I mean?
He ain't taking my jump and I play This is gonna be amy song that I play mine.
It's gonna be a favorite song. Of course.
Everybody like yo, you know, we know that's your thing, Like okay, cool, Hey, I'm just saying like, yo, that's my thing. I just want to let you know in case you didn't know, that's my brand. I've been working on this. I've been building it. I gotta tat it all over me, am I stout, feel me and so y'all. I'm just putting it there, just letting that be known.
Y'all knew each other. It wasn't like some random It was we've we've.
Been working before. We got a song together called Don't Look Down. I say this is gonna be a favorite song on that. We're on a song together, so it's not a it's not a guest. So once he said it, like I said, it wasn't no big thing. I just made a video laughing like, yo, man, you can't be doing that.
But what's next?
Next?
Was he trying to play amige or was he.
Trying to know because listen next after I did that, his album.
Comes out and he this is me on his album.
No, but yeah, I didn't know that.
No, yeah, saying what this be your favorite song?
Except for when I say this is really the people's favorite song. He try to flex on me and the I eight you know what I mean.
I'm like, oh, he's saying.
That, Yeah told me that, So he did it on this album.
I'm like, yo, okay. I took the same beat, wrote a response. It was called yikes, and that was it. That was it. That was one and two. He said his piece.
I said my piece and then boom, That's what I'm saying, Like, now, everybody on the interview. Now, but what about the head I just dropped? What about the album? Like bro drive By just went go, y'all, y'all don't want to talk. No, it's crazy.
Damn. What about the single? Oh I don't want her? We good? We top forty independent? Who I was doing that? I don't know. I wait, but y'a don't want to talk? It's crazy.
So did you feel like it's crazy? You kind of come to a like I guess what a crossroads?
Right?
This ship is? Which way do I? Which way do I go with this ship? Do I become the viral nigga moving with beef? Just keep dropping these right?
Yeah?
Exactly right? Because I've seen it instantly. I was just like, it wasn't that serious for you either. I was like, whoa, what this is crazy?
It was it wasn't.
I think once I said it and said I was good because I think everybody knew, and I think he didn't respond, And I think that the validation that I was getting from people on his head that he wasn't responding it was enough because it was like, yeah, he ain't saying that he's quiet, very quiet.
Probably you probably put some heat on his babe.
It was big heat street versus video to his album.
I got his album, like put his album in a burial or you had a lot of for his album. Yeah, man, And he didn't say that. So a lot of people was like, you know, home.
Team, so you feel me.
It was like, yeah, my man got fried, you know, and I think he you know, William not responding.
It was just like it's like, damn, that's what he do.
He just don't.
He just don't say nothing. He just goes away and just be quiet.
And right now we're in a place where it's like I don't even want to address the issue because it's just like nah, I can't even say nothing.
But it's like, but I mean, you get that and you get back to work, and I think that just proves that like hard work beats any and everything period. I'm saying even talent, even talent, even talent like you walk in here today fresh off of two you know, double platinum plaques, just showing up at the house like oh, surprise, surprise, Like imagine we were good at platinum, Like imagine, imagine just doing the.
Work right, because it's nice. It's like it's like it's like and the sours.
You know, and and the work talking back to you, the work without you.
You know how they have those memes.
And it says and right here it says no one, and it says and then you have a double ploting record.
You know what I'm saying. You ain't got no questions, You ain't saying the song.
Like man, it was just keep being cauiet and keep.
Doing my thing, because if you don't stand for something at the same time, you'll fall for anything. So it must be known like this is my brand, like yo, I don't know what you on. And then once he came at me, it was like yo, people didn't even know that because this record was just dialon.
You know what I'm saying.
It didn't make it.
They didn't make it.
Back to the song crazy didn't make it.
Cigarette, I'm glad you chose the route, right. I listen as like you said, as men, we gotta speak up and we got to stand up for whatever that is that you know that.
We believe it.
But you could have taken that and ran with it and really altered what you're known for, which is the.
Yeah and right, Yeah, I was so uncomfortable even in that, even standing for my truth. I think just that sense of confrontation is just not with my or like not me, you know what I'm saying. So I felt the dark cloud of is he gonna say something? Is he gonna say something? Okay, now boom, Now he on the phone knee, Now Nim, don't get nim hot. Neime starts saying what he's saying. Now he got a problem with Nim. Now Nim is on the phone with the big his big homie.
Now Neim big homie is on the phone with his big homie.
It got crazy.
You know what I'm saying is in the song, I'm talking about blood on the shirt and everything. But it's like, yo, it's a song, Like you don't abo to shoot you.
You know what I mean. It's a song, you know. But they was like, yo, we don't feel comfortable.
You know, you're telling club promoters, you know what I mean, Like don't don't don't book me. I would have shot him, but for real, it was like, yo, it was a song, you know what I mean. After that was like nah, man were just chilling. It was like it was like but it was up there. It was like it was like up there.
That's why me and him never even spoke. It was like we really got people and he really got people. You feel me, So it was like, let's go. It was like, okay, what he's he's been waiting on me.
I was like, it's same for him.
Is cool? At that point?
Is I'm sure, Hey, man, I don't how about me and you? Just me somewhere bro real quiet.
Go to the back, you know you When I tell you, I was like, damn, like I didn't even know.
He was like, yeah, man, I just got I'm like what I thought it was over. If it ain't.
Over, if we really got an issue me and you, it's killed because even now, well even now, of course, I mean but I never even I just left it alone, you know what I'm saying.
Left alone.
So now we're out of that. Out of that, we're on the double platinum. Hello, you keep putting on fucking albums. Yeah, I can't even keep up.
I don't even know what the most we got everything for President two three, I don't even know what the post we.
Got every people President.
Always the funny ship is that was the first thing that you had some discrepancies about Eric b the president thing.
Oh yeah, some years back. You know, Eric came at me like these youngsters.
Yeah, saying I don't like going with it, but I mean, like ship linky min, he's handled.
Man.
I'm just relaxed, bro. I'm just keep doing me because I don't want to do.
About that. You're baking his baby.
Listen, I got real kids.
Man, it's crazy you do nik Nikki trying to sweep Nigga.
I'm like, at me, at least give me some.
Followers a question.
What did you do to Nikki? Air jumped outside?
Though I didn't.
I said, I said, can I post?
I see y'all post?
He jumped out, He jumped outside.
I said post.
Listen, you're my pocket, so I got to keep it funky with I'm posting.
So listen.
Air jumped out there early on her record.
Before she jumped out there.
The producers posted it. The producers posted, but people know me.
As a songwriter, so they didn't put me as being on.
The production side. I was never trying to come from here and publishing like yo.
I wrote that I helped on the production and with coasting too, so when I posted, people just automatically.
It was like he wrote her bars. They thought I wrote her by.
Because I ain't gonna lie to the first thing I thought, But that.
Thin Eric wasn't saying.
I wasn't even. But we all know.
We all know perception, right, we all know perception and what people and what people feel like they know you for. So if they know you for that lethal pin if you say you're a part of something, then think they're gonna think you wrong.
But all of that, you're just excited in the moment you're a part of it, and you don't.
Like I got a Nikki plays, I got a Nikki place right Nia.
That's been something to go on the street.
We posted all no lie. This is my own part of my at saying no names, right.
I remember two of the homies wrote a song together, very big record. One of the homies decided that he and this is before social media, decided that he was going to get an ad out in Billboard congratulating himself.
For this record.
Hey man, right to this day, to this kidhood is day, he is known as the only writer on that song.
No Perception is a motherfucker exactly.
And he jumped out there and said listen, which he wasn't wrong because he is. He is a writer on the song.
He just he fell to miss it was a co writer.
Listen, followed it up, followed it up. But I say you followed it up. You followed it up.
But when you jump out there sometimes you know, I mean just every since time, every since then, I just like the promotion of it.
I ain't even gonna say nothing no more.
The song is out.
What I means to it, though, is that sometimes the people on the other side will allow the mob to excuse me to influence them.
You understand what I'm saying.
And so once the mob gets gets on it and they recreate the narrative, by the time it gets to that person, they're answering something totally to something totally different. That's not even how to started. Like, it's like the barbershop by the time it leaves the barber shop.
That's why I don't go to the barbershop.
And everybody and and and like nine haircuts doesn't happen by the time it leaves.
Shout out to Vince for the private haircut.
I don't go to the barber shop man, shout out to my shout out to my brother to man, I ain't gonna tell everybody who.
Nobody else as already fool.
Will your ma be telling you no, no about to say that baby shouting mountaineers. My mother, don't tell me no, man, he fooled with the Valentine man.
Hey pulling up, pull it up. Just let.
I mean Julian, Julian is a guy.
There you go, we got we got goodies out.
Julian, we got out. Julian is a guy.
No ho get you get your membership.
It's not you better keep a slide open for a player.
Disappointment.
He's appointment only.
Listen, here's what I did because I like to support my brothers in their black businesses.
Yeah, I'll be seeing too. Can I get that real handshake for that?
Because you go go, I support my businesses, new artists.
Every can't go. Let it know.
He has a membership based thing that he does, which is really really darp for people want to get their hair because they just become members and the haircuts of discount and you know what I'm saying, You're on a revolving thing. It's really really dope. And so he'd always tell me. I'd always call him. I've been knowing him for like twenty years. Twenty some years.
My brother.
I'm like, I always call him, what you got.
Bababe, get me in there around player, you know what I'm saying. And he's like, man, he said, cool, I got you. You see next time, just you know, just go to the site and just see. You know what I'm saying.
And I'm like, okay, oh, you do the site.
But what he's trying to do, he's trying to organize his business and cut down on the phone calls he has to take so he can do.
His Listen, that makes a lot.
I do not like a lot when the barber get on the phone.
You feel what I'm saying, Okay, I I all right, I respect you. So so Julian I saw, I said, you know, you know what I did last fire.
Plenty of barbers in my lifetime over.
That he's had.
He's had this business model for like a year. And I was like, you know what. One day I was getting ready to call him. This is like maybe two weeks ago.
Was a great call.
I said, you know what, I'm gonna go to his site just two weeks ago.
Hey, it took me time.
And so I went to his site, and I and I and I picked the time for my haircut, put my name.
Good.
I felt really.
Good about supporting his business the entire way.
I might even get a membership.
Oh that's hard because I mean, he's really winning the way I'm doing it.
I just pay him the time. I'm paying full price every time.
You know what I'm saying.
I mean, I don't.
You don't necessarily need the membership for me because I go every tankful.
It's his business right right before. Support like support these black businesses like that.
I like that he has and he has kids, he's got a feet.
I got kids.
I got a feend, two kids, one easiest one, elis five. You got Eli easy, two boys, two boys.
You're a legend for that.
I'm out.
You better get out and you're really fast in real life. Yeah, you better get out of there.
Then I'm like, you know, like we're just gonna vibe about. You don't need the.
Girl one time.
I'm good, I got wife. Something about that little girl. Man, I know that will break you. I'm cool. I'm cool because I know so. So.
I mean you know that you ain't breaking, but the little home, like right now, he was like that ain't no gave shut out players, close the garden.
Just like you know what I'm saying, Like I see him with something, you know, like yeah, you just want me there and I want to be there.
But so I gotta make this R and B liney.
So so I know I know your wife, Paul, all of that, right, he knows my wife. What do you go through in terms of being who you are for the people R.
And B, R and B sing R and B singer and where there are there are there are women in the audience thronging.
But see, y'all situations are a little different too, because y'all come, y'all married women who were.
In the industry.
But that's what I'm saying, that's.
Let's get the people a little context. Though.
Both our wives in the business. My wife professional dancer. She thinks she can sing tone Death's fine.
I still the R the R touring over the world. But I mean that the beauty and all that stuff came from music.
Your wife singers song writer.
So you know what I'm saying.
So they understand a little bit.
The kind of understand, not a kind of but it depends on what you give.
I feel like I feel like I give her.
More than enough of Like, that's what I'm on, that's where I'm going, that's what I'm doing, That's what you know.
What I mean?
I just think that way. If she knows she's chilling in that way, I'm.
Chilling for real.
So it's chill for you?
Are you telling me it's real chill?
It's like, Yo, we got the studio, we got the house. I'm either at this I'm either at the house or at the studio. And if I'm not at the studio, I only want to be home.
Okay, question for you, Yeah, is your location being shared with your wife?
It's not. The location is not being shared. Has she asked no? If she did what I yeah? For sure?
You have no problem sharing your location with your wife? Ah?
Absolutely, absolutely absolutely. You know I told her I'm going. She already knows without me sending her a location. Now it's just a matter of trust.
Because my location is being shared, okay, And I don't have I don't have a choice.
But it's just what this is. Can you help me?
Click?
I think, but look, but look, even during quarantine, it should be off during quarantine.
We're in isolation. I think we're there.
Right now is in a bad I'm going through that.
I just I believe you.
Let me tell you something. Let me let me tell you my wife. Let me tell you praise my wife and I put this in my standard. Let me tell you I'm crazy my wife. Is we in the bed but a snake or at least I'm fucky? Like I say, I stay ready, you know what I'm saying, just in case a nigga roll over and roll over.
You know what I'm.
Saying, and need that subway. So it is one thirty in the morning, we are both dozing off.
Let me tell you how crazy and it's and it's small, but Jay will get it.
I get Oh, I'm sorry, be out the cord, y'all.
Let me out. Let me out, yo.
That was ridiculous.
That was just my reax all.
You're right soda riding ship?
Okay, cat that I didn't.
Even catch that.
I was like, I was like, what are you talking about?
Anyway?
Let me explain this without any Paul's moments. I'm in the bed but naked with my wife, but she's in whatever she wears to go to bed. We're dozing off, nigga. This is this is I sidho my wife is. I get up out of the bed. As soon as I get up, she says, where are you going? I think I can't go to the.
Can I hit the porcel.
That when I want to ask your well, what are my options right now? But asking It's one thirty in the morning, at least at least at least so I'm falling asleep. I'm tired as a motherfucker, Like the green mind?
What am I no?
In your mind? What are my options right now?
The bathroom? What do you what do you think I'm going ship bathroom? I don't have nothing else nigga number one in them to whatever.
My location is. That's all. I'm like. This is a whole other thing I'm going through. Man, you gotta pray for me.
Man, pray.
But I'm glad to hear that. I'm glad to hear that.
You know, you know, the life have a because because because a lot of times to what can happen in in in marriages where you have too talented people is that is that the competition level can become too much because the wife needs time to do what she needs to do, and then the husband needs time to do what he needs to do, and then I've been, you
know I've been. I've been part of an imbalance where what I do actually takes care of us, you know what I mean, And what you do, although it is a passion, you know what I'm saying, we have to figure out the balance in the necessity of time that it's going to take for you to do what you need to do so I can get back to.
What I do.
It actually provides for all, you know what I'm saying. So so for me, I had to get to a space where I was like, Okay, let me be more considerate of what you're trying to do, you know what I'm saying.
Even though this is for yours mental exactly because when you I noticed too. When I'm at home, I don't know how much you be white like just you and the kids, But when it just be me and the kids, I'll be like, this.
Is so much. It's so much. Really, Yes, well, I.
Got year old, you got a baby, You had a one, and a five and a five, so he's at that point where he's so you have to try to figure everything. I got a lot of questions, thank you drink to the five year olds.
I got that different. It's different.
These is different, and I'm worried about the kindergarten here in school. He back in kindergarten, he already and when he comes home.
It's always something new, you know.
When they're around us, I think it's a different version than when they're actually with their friends.
For sure.
The nigga, do you not remember when you would get around the hoss?
That's all I'm saying.
Are your parents You're like, yes, ma'am, No, certain.
No talk early nigga.
No, they different, They different to observe rollerized. It's somebody one day nigga didn't think I was looking exactly exactly.
That's what I'm saying.
Like for me, I'm just I'll be like, yo, y'all do so much like all right, cool, we.
Gotta figure this situation now. Like we were talking about for nanny earlier. That nanny.
It's like we got a nanny from hours to hours, but what about.
The other hours?
Okay, so let's have that.
Because they still here.
You from confound you from compound.
You from Milwaukee. I'm from the Bay. I had never heard of a name.
I had never heard of the name.
Listen, have you heard of the name nah? We didn't have anything.
I never heard of a nanny, niggas.
That was a very tricky situation for me, right because I just didn't believe in it, right, I couldn't prescribe to it right, especially early. But then I had to have like then I learned the most understand it, right I did. I had to have understanding of the place that, you know, the space that that the nanny occupied, as far as helping with the new mother and you know, and and just making her job easier and giving her some breaks.
Right.
But I just bro I just never could I couldn't get with it.
Yeah, I couldn't.
Personally, I just couldn't get with I just you know. And I'm asking two other brothers who come from the same type of environments, who were you know, we we've moved into this space now where we have access to these extra things.
How you feel about it? Because I wasn't rolling.
I think, I think.
I think, of course, things have changed, the buildings and the mindsets of all of us. You know what I'm saying, The generations they change involved, right, my mama, My mama took took my sister to the emergency room. This is like three in the morning three before in the morning, got back in time to get me ready, get me off the school. Did she have a vehicle all on the city bus with a broken leg?
What times are different?
So it's just it's different. And so you know with well, you having a wife in the business, me having a wife in business. You know what I'm saying, Like I looked at my wife and said, I'm getting you a nanny because we're gonna hurt each other if we don't get you start talking about the mental because trying to figure out ways to relieve stress.
So that is you're a person that wants that the woman gotta water to.
Hold on, hold on because some people can let you go. Some people are like, no, I need to get it.
Was the nanny though, to also show y'all can get some buns. Damn right, okay with the cool I need more available time.
No, I need a date.
I guess we haven't, but she mainly does daytime.
Even I need a date night I need to.
But yeah, we don't see that. I don't.
I needed I needed somebody to be on standby for nighttime, and I needed the full daytime so that she could be well rested.
Haven't have enough help.
So when the nighttime came, which was my time, you know what I'm saying, she'd have some energy left for real.
You know what I'm saying.
You know what I'm saying, because when because when when big dog walk in. You know what I'm saying, Big Daddy get home. You know, he need a certain amount.
Of certain certain what I'm saying, it's certain the big piece of no, no, that.
Is, and that's falling asleep on me getting tout.
That's a double time.
I was.
I was responding to the first hand the ladder and missed the ladder.
So for me, you know, in dealing with oh yeah, knowing the temperament of my woman and oh yeah, what she's capable of in terms of what she can endure in the in the twenty four hours, we need help. No, That's that's what I came from because I told my mom. I was like, yeah, got the nanny over here.
She said, you gotta what that's man?
She said, Okay, yes, okay, that's.
Like that's man, And it's new for me. You know, I'm like, oh yeah, that is what we need.
You know, Before that was the situation, I was like, do.
They have any nannies in comfort.
This is where you.
Start about that.
In a valley?
What what is I love the family? Love? What's going with the family. I know you're still keeping it moving.
You either just dropped a new project because I saw the spaceship.
I saw the spaceship. I said, why.
Into a revolving passion project. I've done everything. I like that, I'm done. I like that, I'm done. What's less I put out?
Here we go?
They just want to ask me out the conversation, y'all, y'all go.
Ahead and have yes. Yeah, it's number thirty.
That's what I was like. I'm gonna still keep going and still more albums. That's like done. It's like they're gonna come out in the timeline of my career. They're already done. The new albums are done. The albums is out. Yeah, and now I'm working on artists, signing artists. I just signed my first artist, so crazy with her?
Is that the next?
Is that the next frontier In terms of the evolution of Eric Bellinger, You've been easy Gordy.
Yeah, that's it. I'm about to go into easy Gordy.
Yeah, So you know, and I think with that, I'm also still putting out my music just because I have it.
It's like it's just you know, I've had the.
Freedom to release anytime, and I go to the studio. I have a studio. I enjeer myself. It's like I have a limited amount of songs, you know, so we've put them all out. It's like it's really twenty nine albums, and I really feel like if you don't got what you need from Eric Bellinger in those twenty.
Nine I didn't do my job.
Feel me like, so YEAHB for President number thirty, it's number thirty.
Man Ship.
I don't know.
Niggas. I don't know nobody, definitely not no R and B niggas. I don't know. I'm disappointed myself.
No, you've been dropping. I seen you get to work. I've seen some time. Look shop we put out and they all right there.
Anybody go to the Instagram, go there's a there's a highlight that says all albums. I've been making so much music and releasing so much music that I feel like now I'm like, it's just fun now. I don't look at it like nothing else, you know what I mean, Like, what can we do a spaceship I'm only doing That's what I mean passion, it's a revolving passion.
Projects is only doing what I want to do.
We do spaceship.
Yeah, I'm like, look at my shirt. I word, it's because I wanted to wear it. Because because we're doing an R and B podcast, I should have came in the damn button with my chest tout because.
Once you still have just took a shot that you no.
I should have because that's the R and B niggas jew clo.
That's a R and B niggas though.
And I came in to hit it because I wanted this message to be. I'm on some other day.
If you once you take the stress out of making music and it becomes fun, fun, and then you can be ultimately, can your.
Niggas help me take the stress out.
I'm hurry your people.
You're banging on me on social media.
Your stress is that you overthink it.
I can't think it.
He can't think listen the same thing. Excuse me of that's what he does and he.
Got it, and he got it.
It's like, yo, just just do what you like.
He says.
They told to the studio to scold me for overthinking and this nigga over things everything.
Hey, listen, because when you are in the position of hey, this is what you should do, you know, like, yo, I know what's gonna go for you.
I see it and trust me. But when it's for yourself, it's a little tough.
Here's here's my take on.
When you're not sure, especially the way you are, because you're probably so scared.
You came with the ship.
Twenty years ago, ten years ago, you know what I mean, Like the ship ship though, you know what I mean. And then once you was like damn'head of my time, little key, you chilled, and I think that messed with you and your confidence or something because you.
Got them competents.
Bro, I'm like, you got it. I'm like you've been killing Maybe I'm trying.
To figure out the issue right now. Doctor, Here's what I say.
Here's what I say about us, Here's what I say about us, And and no disrespect to people putting music out, but at thirty percent, were better than that. Yeah, we're better than all of that at thirty at thirty not even at.
One hundred percent.
And I believe we're better.
We're better than all that.
I believe it.
Ship to trying the ship that they putting the bread in behind and making it going number one.
So so I'm gonna say so to overthink it. If you fuck with it.
It's hard, don't matter because the thing is our our standard is already up here.
Bro, Bro, look at look at what you've accomplished, look at who you've worked with, look at what you've done.
You know it's hard. Mm hmm, what what are we talking about? That's why I don't talk to nobody.
Lane. I've been in my lane like fam.
This is hard man and the bell ringers they love it, right, that's what I'm here.
That's a very that's a very important thing that you just said. Right, you have to find an audience to make the music for.
That's it.
And everybody else is icing on the top.
Right.
It's because if you can supply the man for what, they'll take care of me. They'll take care of you. I've been to your councer. I had a good time.
We will, That's what I'm saying. That's all for them.
Look at them over there, and it's not worried about that.
I'm king of uninviting myself.
To the invited.
You know what I'm saying I'm glad, I'm glad this is that's what he's when they're saying, said, we really do this.
You know.
That's why it's like it's a dope thing, because it's like it's an experience.
It is like the people that don't know, they just don't know.
But we got such a laning that it's like, man, if I just keep watering this lane, you know, people gonna just be looking. I'd rather do people look and see what we're doing over here than me being like, damn, how can we get listeners?
The listeners i'm rolling here were the cool we're the cool kids, were the cool cads.
At this point, I'm just making want to make that's it.
That's on me, Like I've checked out.
Looking at I'm not looking at nobody else. I'm not looking at I'm just like, man, what do I want to do now? Like this, Thiga are like this.
If you can have a thousand super fans in every city, that's.
That sounds a thousand super fans, super fans, sound consistent super fans.
