A College Student's Toughest Decision

Lauren Gleason, a student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, joins the show to discuss the incredibly difficult decision she had to make as a collegiate athlete. As vaccine mandates ramp up across America's colleges, students are facing the toughest decision they may have to make: Get vaccinated, or give up what you love. Lauren shares her own experience with this dilemma, and offers words of wisdom for other students in a similar situation. 

UPDATE: Cal Poly San Luis Obispo's athletic department announced they have plans to change the policy, after Lauren's attorney sent them a letter threatening lawsuit. While no new policy has been implemented, the pressure is on.
