Heather & Leah are co-workers and the founders of “The Corporate Class” - a professional readiness program designed to support young women of color in the city of Erie. The Program provides its students with foundational development and career skills that will equip them in navigating a broad range of professional, corporate, and entrepreneurial arenas. In this episode we discuss their professional backgrounds, interests in fashion and business, and how these two women balance a corporate job, families, and starting a new business.
