Starting by chance at Piccadilly Radio in 1980 after appearing on the station with his band, Mike's gone on to be an integral part of the line-ups at Piccadilly Gold/Piccadilly 1152, Capital Gold/Gold, 106.1 Rock Radio/Real XS and now BBC Radio Manchester.
