Bill Tolson was a founding member of Greville Record Store in the 70s and by the 80s established Indie label Rampant. Fast forward to 2020 and Bill has a new Single called The Old Days Were The Better Days and keen to hear how those days were better as well what happened in the decades between... John Murch of radionotes thought it time to have a chat with them.

Bill Tolson has performed solo and with his band The Learners since 2015.

Rampant Records released music for the likes of Stephen Cummings (The Sports) and Hugo Race (Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds).
