CAR-T immunotherapy- an amazing advance in oncology with high rates of remission, but most patients have complications.  In this podcast we describe the science of CAR-T, physiologic timeline, and imaging features of adverse events which are common.  All radiologists should be aware in order to better help our patients with cancer.  Also, CNS Lupus- increasing in prevalence and still with high mortality.  Learn more about the myriad imaging findings associated with this illness.
