After Operation Portsmouth’s BBQ reduced his lifespan by about 5 years AAUK returns to the airwaves to find the same seems to have happened to the Internet.
Oh dear, its all gone a bit pear-shaped with RadioSEGA leaving AAUK to try and somehow cobble together a show whilst simultaneously trying to get on the air AND set up video streaming for all that follows!
It’s time to go with the flow and just play whatever we fancy! There’s a whole heap of video game music from all over the place to enjoy in this episode plus some SEGASonic favourites.
The Olympics are here! Of course it’d be far too easy to just fill up an hour with Mario & Sonic tunes, so instead its a three-part themed show with music themed around the Olympic motto of “Faster, Higher, Stronger”.
Turbo is prepping to do Shadow The Hedgehog Hard Mode to cover The Sonic Show, in order to get you in the mood it’s a Radio Redux music show of tunes related to The Ultimate Life Form!

15What was a sweat box in the last show has now been replaced by rain, cold and flooding in Wales. That and AAUK is bamboozled by the logic behind licencing Danica Patrick for All-Stars Racing Transformed.
It’s damn hot outside – summer is here with a vengeance. AAUK though has thoughts of Overclocked Remix and their Sonic remix competition currently in progress. Check it out!
After some technical jiggery-pokery over at RadioSEGA, Radio Redux now seems to be broadcasting just about EVERYWHERE.
Summer of Sonic is heading to Brighton? Well that’s a pretty random one. AAUK finishes facepalming long enough to announce he’s tired of hearing about SOS and is just not even gonna talk about it. It’s an all music episode of Radio Redux coming right at your face, or your ears at least.
If Saturday Night SEGA can do a show of other video game music, then so can Radio Redux! Sit back as everything from Assassin’s Creed to Turrican and Zelda remixes gets an airing as AAUK picks a selection of awesome tunes.
SEGA doesn’t acknowledge hard work – but acknowledges no work? Okay, whatever.
Back after computer failure is Radio Redux just in time to cover the bad news about the SEGA job losses. AAUK takes time out to address this especially and why its bad news for you in the short and long term including how it could hit Summer of Sonic.
Series 7 of Radio Redux starts with a bang… of hardware failing. Oh dear.
It’s a festive farewell as Radio Redux reaches the last show of Season 6. AAUK and Dusk bid goodbye to 2011, and AAUK is more keen than most to be shot of it.
It has been on the cards for a while, but Hawk has flown the nest leaving the boys alone; how is AAUK coping after this? The pair also discusses their thoughts on Sonic Generations, Saints Row and Assassin’s Creed Revelations. Debates the issues of any Mario & Sonic 2014 and what’s happening for London Gaming Con 2011.

With both his co-hosts and, apparently, every other radio show on both stations having better things to do, AAUK is at least here. That said he’s had just about enough of all this and is “cheesed off with the whole thing”. Instead planning to slip quietly into the background and do a bit less on Sonic Wrecks. For now though its time to discuss username algebra, buying a 3DS, games you ‘have’ to own, Terminators and Twitter.

Back after a break to concentrate on his pre-convention work, it’s now less than a week until Summer Of Sonic 2011 and AAUK literally cannot wait for it to be over and done with so he can draw a line on his activities ‘in association’ with SEGA. But before a sense of closure and peace can finally descend we’ve a show to do talking about all that which is going on – amongst other things.
