Chances that if you ask your favourite Amsterdam restaurant where their cheese comes from, they'll say Fromagerie Kef. Since 1953 this cheese shop has been providing the city with artisanal cheeses from France and the Netherlands. Its current owner, Marike van der Werff, offered to come to the studio (with cheese) to educate us on all things fromage. How could we say no?
