Episode description
All across Europe, people are standing up to privatisations of public spaces and non-democratic procedures of urbanisation, in order to give citizens back the keys to their cities. Participative architecture workshops, citizen occupations and the construction of street furniture are all being used as a means to defend a more collaborative vision of the city and to breathe new life into urban democracy. We invite Spanish architecture collective Zuloark and Romanian activists Terenuri Manastur to reflect on the construction of more collaborative, inclusive and democratic cities.
With Lala Panait (La Terenuri Manestur), Zuloark, Pepijn Kennis (Toestand) et Marc Uhry (Festival du Logement social)
