During the chat, we discuss Clements' start in the brewing industry after starting out as an environmental scientist.

Clements describes how she came to brewing, starting in the laboratory at Gage Roads working as a quality officer, to being encouraged to step into a brewing role and her progression to head brewer at Freo.
