Episode description

Matt and Pete get busy and line up three interviews for this week's show.

First we catch up with New Zealand Brewer's Guild Beer Writer of the Year Phil Cook. Phil is the man who coined the phrases Kegtris and Brandwank on his blog, Beer Diary. Then we catch up with Todd Venning from Beermen.tv and the man behind Sydney Craft Beer Week for a run down of this year's festival. Then, keeping with the festival theme we hear from Corey Crooks all about this year's Newcastle Craft Beer Week, as well as the Albion Hotel's progress at kicking mainstream beers out of the hotel.

Date claimers:

  • Sydney Craft Beer Week - October 20 - 28
  • Newcastle Craft Beer Week - November 18 - 25

Matt and Pete also talk about the new Carlton Draught campaign and discuss all things beer in general.
