This week we have a postcard from Canada as we catch up with brewer Matt Hennessy who’s currently brewing with Collective Arts Brewing in Hamilton, Ontario.

Matt is a podcast listener and sometimes correspondent, and so I was keen to catch up with him to find out how he came to be in Canada, but also to learn a little more about Canada’s brewing and drinking culture, which is a little hard to divine from a distance.
