We start 2021 looking at brewery buy outs, in this case the purchase of Two Birds Brewery by Fermentum, the group of companies best known through its ownership of Stone & Wood.

In this episode, we chat with Two Birds Co-founder Jayne Lewis and Stone & Wood co-founder Jamie Cook to hear about the background to the purchase, a little about the challenges breweries face in the current climate and also Stone & Woods plans to build a new brewery...potentially funded by an IPO.
