A longtime hospitality professional, Mick bought the Albert in 2011 and has since turned it into one of Australia’s top craft beer venues.
A passionate advocate for independently brewed beer, Mick has also recently taken a minor stake in West Australian brewery Beer Farm.
He’s never short of an opinion, so Pete Mitcham, Matt Kirkegaard and James Atkinson took the chance to get some of his insights on our recent Sydney tour.
