This week, we speak with co-founders of Slow Lane Brewing Alex and Yvonne Jarman. Slow Lane first opened the doors in Botany in January this year and the local brewpub has gone from strength to strength.
Most recently, the team won Champion Packaged Beer and Best NSW Beer at the 2021 Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Show for its Threefold Belgian Tripel.
In this chat, we discuss growing as a brewery during COVID, the appeal of specialised breweries, and juggling working life in a brewery with family time.
