Are you feeling lost in today’s world? Do you feel like you are taking on the day, but lacking inspiration in your life? Are you finding it hard to appreciate what you have in life?
If so then this episode is for you. In today’s episode, Deidre will be coaching Sarah and helping her find that specific area she wants to be lasered focus on and have more freedom around it. We will be going through a series of questions and help support Sarah on the path she needs to move forward.
It’s important to remember that when you are being coached, you want to be coachable. This means having good listening skills, being open and honest, letting go of resistance, and letting go of that feeling of looking or acting a certain way. The beautiful thing about showing up and showing your true self is this will allow you to receive what you need without anything getting in the way.
