Grace, Gratitude, Giving and Growing

I realized I haven't ever said what my email is for this podcast. So I will definitely add that at the bottom. We need to do a few things if we are going to thrive during isolation. 1. Grace - for others, for ourselves. 2. Gratitude - be grateful for what you have. 3. Giving - money, time or material goods. 4.
