When the sanctity of childhood is shattered by the unimaginable, communities are left grappling with heartache and questioning the safety of our youth. Our latest episode takes you through the maze of emotions and the stark realities faced by families touched by tragedy, from the indictment of teenagers in a classmate's murder to the harrowing near miss of a child's kidnapping. With empathy at the forefront, we offer not just narratives but reflections on the importance of vigilance and the unspoken pact of protection we owe to the younger generation.

Tensions in the fabric of society are palpable as we explore the daily trials of marriage, the perplexing motivations behind violent crimes featured on shows like "Snapped", and the increasingly blurred lines between the digital and real world. The episode examines the profound impact of social media on our lives, discussing a school's radical step to combat TikTok's disruption and the stark reality of a sextortion scandal in our educational institutions. We're reminded of the delicate balance between being informed and being overwhelmed and the duty of influencers to be stewards of positive change.

As we recount tales of a Virginia teacher's extreme reaction to a prank and the shock waves sent through Miami Northwestern High School after a shooting, the conversation turns to a call for responsibility and empowerment. We don't just share stories; we dissect the fabric of today's complex social dynamics, advocating for a future where empathy and respect are the cornerstones of our interactions. This episode serves as both a memorial to the lives lost and a testament to the resilience of communities that, despite the odds, strive for a safer, more understanding world.

Murder Indictment and Child Kidnapping Plea

Speaker 1

Guys , welcome back to another episode of RED , episode number 21 . It's the everyday podcast for the everyday people . Just want to thank you , guys once again . Now we've reached 491 subscribers on YouTube , we're going through the 900s on TikTok and still just muddling through with Instagram . I know personally .

For me , instagram is one of the worst platforms to use in connection with trying to get your content out there . So I appreciate everyone who's found me through Instagram and just hanging on , so to speak , by a thread . Other than that , guys , this week we have an awesome lineup of stories .

Some of these stories are gripping , some of these stories are going to tug at your heartstrings and they're going to leave you motivated and move you to compassion and empathy for those victims that we're going to talk about here tonight . And each person that I come in contact with , each story that I deal with on this show , has a special place in my heart .

I don't just cover the story and then move on . I think about how persons are going to be coping and dealing with the challenges that they're focused on or that surrounding their lives at the time of this story and long after . So , guys , our first story is an update to a story that I covered in early November .

Four Las Vegas high school students indicted on murder charges in deadly beating of schoolmate . Las Vegas Four high school students in Las Vegas were indicted Friday as adults on second degree murder charges in the deadly beating of their schoolmate in November , a fight that was captured on cell phone video and had been widely shared across social media .

Chief Deputy District Attorney John Giordani said in court that the indictment also charges the teenagers with conspiracy to commit battery , a gross misdemeanor . The Associated Press is not naming the students because they were juveniles at the time of the November 1st beating .

Nine students have so far been arrested in connection with the attack that left 17-year-old Jonathan Lewis Jr dead . Giordani said the other students are awaiting separate hearings Now .

According to Las Vegas police , 10 students between the ages of 13 and 17 participated in the beating that unfolded after school in an alleyway just around the corner from Rancho High School . The police department said Friday that investigators are still searching for the 10th suspect .

In the aftermath , students , teachers and staff were left to grapple with how a conflict over a stolen vape pin and a pair of wireless headphones escalated . Police said that Lewis walked to the alley with his friends after school , but don't believe he was the target .

Lieutenant Jason Johansson said the cell phone video showed Lewis taking off his shirt to prepare for the fight . Then the 10 students immediately swarmed him , pulled him to the ground and began kicking , punching and stomping on him .

After the fight , according to Johansson , a person in the area found Lewis badly beaten and unconscious and carried him back to campus , where school staff called 911 and tried to help him . In Nevada , a teenager facing murder charges can be charged as an adult if they were 13 or older at the time of the alleged crime .

When this story first came into contact with this podcast , I thought to myself that it was just a gross misdemeanor , and it was indeed a story that really left one feeling dejected , as it were .

I know that for the family of Lewis , this is something that could have been avoided , and so that just adds to the trauma , that just adds to the loss , and then these new details that are constantly being updated in connection with the story . That just adds to the pain , along with that road of grief that you guys are traveling .

Please accept our condolences yet again from the Everyday Podcast .

We truly love you guys and the reason why we can be able to say that with confidence is because when we go through trials in connection with our own personal circumstances losing someone those trials can make us stronger and through that empathy and through that compassion that we learn from these trials that we go through each and every day , all of us we can be

able to extend and I love you or and I care about you from us to you guys , and we thank you tremendously for allowing us to be able to do that . This story is a perfect example of just how , when parents don't show their kids the proper love , care and attention , it can lead them down the path of destruction .

When you look at some of the photos in connection with this story , you see that these are young persons dealing with a large , large crime . This isn't just a small thing that you can just walk away from , but these individuals now have to pay the price and it's going to cost them greatly in connection with their life and their very futures .

Here's our follow-up story Nine-year-old Florida boy dies after crawling under moving school bus at Tampa , florida .

A nine-year-old Florida boy died after he crawled under a moving school bus and was run over on Tuesday , the Florida Highway Patrol said , according to an FHP crash report obtained by WESH , the bus driver had just dropped off the boy at the Water Ford East apartment homes on Wharf Lane in Orange County around 4 pm .

Shortly after , the boy ran back toward the bus and crawled underneath it as it was moving . Wofl reported that the bus driver was unaware of the boy's actions and ran over him . The boy's aunt told WOFL that her nephew ran under the bus to chase a football , adding that he was an avid football player . I'm in shock . She said .

Almost every day he would be outside of my house , my apartment , just playing , or there would be individuals on the playground with him playing . It's crazy . Troopers said they are reviewing video from the bus and from a clubhouse to figure out how the tragedy happened . The 54 year old bus driver was interviewed . Fhp said he had more than a decade of experience .

No further information and connection with this story . One of the things that I found to be of interest in connection with this particular story , it's just how unforeseen occurrences can just add to the pressure that we have to face each and every day in our normal lives .

It's one of those circumstances in which you find yourself dealing with the challenges that you don't necessarily expect so this individual , this situation with this young boy clearly an accident here Doesn't change the fact that it was heinous . It doesn't change the fact that this young man lost his life .

Some person will say things like he should be more aware where he's going . People should have watched them more closely . But even in the event that all of those things do occur and you're able to do all of those things Sometimes as humans we just can't rule out the possibility of mistakes , no matter what happens to us .

And so again , to the families of this nine-year-old victim , who was not Mentioned by name because of his age , we sent our warm , heartfelt condolences and we wish you guys all a speedy recovery as you traverse this road of grief that is inevitable during these circumstances .

Now again , we're back on the rise in connection with just some of the the disgusting things that young persons have to deal with today , and when this particular story came to my desk , I was just flabbergasted . I was just completely , utterly in shock . A 13-year-old used a help me sign to escape after being abducted .

A Texas man has now pleaded guilty to kidnapping a Texas man who kidnapped a 13-year-old girl in San Antonio and sexually assaulted her multiple times While driving her to Southern California last year , pleaded guilty to a federal kidnapping charge Friday as part of a plea agreement .

The US Attorney's Office for the Central District of California said Steven Robert Sablin , 62 , abducted a girl at gunpoint on or about July 6 2023 and San Antonio and engaged in sexual activity With her while driving her to Long Beach , california .

The plea agreement states At the time of the crime , sablin had no legal custody or familial relationship to the victim . He will also be required to register as a sex offender when released from prison the plea agreements has . Sablin is scheduled to be sentenced on October the 25th

Child Safety and Marriage Challenges

. We are indeed at a loss for words in connection with this story . A 13-year-old girl walking the street , a possibly going home or from school , possibly walking to the store for her mother or perhaps her father , someone in her family . Today there has to be control .

When I'm just driving , I See a lot of kids , a lot of young people walking to school , unsupervised , unattended , and I think to myself , if I'm seeing these kids , perhaps there is also some sort of predator watching these children as well .

The saddest part about some of these incidences Tying in our previous story is that sometimes these things happen because of mere unforeseen of currents , but then there are other times when these things happen because of negligence , because we're not striving to give that care and consideration to our young people .

Growing up , my mom had a safety net for things that could happen . In that regard , there was things that we weren't allowed to do by ourselves . We needed to take a buddy with us , a sibling , a cousin , traveling groups , etc .

Now , to some people , these things may seem a bit abrasive or a bit Dictative or even a bit harsh , but but no , the fact of the matter is , times are changing rapidly , parents , and if you're not taking those precautions with your child , someone else is going to feel the need to take those liberties , and that's the most devastating thing about this story .

Now , on the positive note , the young girl was rescued , but , as you as you notice , the article may mention that there is emotional trauma that she is now going to have to live with Every single day of her life . That's not something that a parent can carry for her .

That's something that she is going to have to live with every single day of her life , and we from the everyday podcast of RED wish her well on her journey and her road to recovery . It's not going to be easy .

If you guys have been affected by a circumstance such as this , or have met an Unfortunate circumstance such as this , or knows someone whom is going through an unfortunate circumstance like this , please speak up . Talk to someone . Do not keep the emotions closed in , because they will cause you damage . These traumas can be likened to grief .

They are very , very real and they're inevitable . Sometimes you can't avoid them , but what you can do is take the step and take control of the circumstances to the best of your ability . Here's our follow-up story . Man tried to kidnap a girl near Commerce City Elementary School on Wednesday .

This is Commerce City , colorado Police in Commerce City are asking for the public's help after a man attempted to kidnap a young girl near an elementary school on Wednesday . The teen girl was walking from the 2nd Creek Elementary School area between 4.30 and 5.00 PM Wednesday when she was followed by a man for about 3 blocks .

According to a news release from the Commerce City Police Department , police said she was able to contact her parents , who then called 911 immediately .

Investigators said the girl provided a very detailed description of the suspect in the car he was driving , describing him as a bald Hispanic man in his 30s with a longer dark-colored beard and a snake tattoo on his outer left forearm . The girl told police at the time of the incident that the suspect was wearing a white t-shirt and black pants .

The car was described as gray or silver in color , with tinted windows , some damage to the front fender on the driver's side near the headlight and possible tail light damage on the same side . If you or someone know this individual and is able to help police find and connect with the suspect , please call Commerce City Investigative Tip Line at 303-289-3626 .

When I came across this particular story , I thought to myself people always ask do you want children ?

And my wife and I were going on our fourth year of marriage and I say to myself children , wow , the blessing of a child , being able to get together with someone that you love and care about and that you vowed to spend the rest of your life with and to create a life and to be able to have a child and to be able to express that love through your child

. But then stories like this come up right and then another dynamic is created and I say to myself wow , what a serious amount of responsibility that would be thrown upon my wife and I in connection with the fact that there are people on this planet who want to do our children harm .

And the sad part about the situation is , when it comes to being a parent now , it's very different than being a parent of yesterday . You have to be more alert , you have to be more aware and you have to be more active Alert , aware and active . This today some parents rush into having a child because they think about the positive aspects of having a kid .

Responsible parents consider both aspects the joys , the cons , the underlying challenges that you may have to face , dealing with life in this world now and being a parent , and it's not easy , to say the least .

We're so glad that this incident in connection with this story did not escalate , because this girl could have met an untimely end had this predator or this individual gotten his hands on what he really wanted to . We wish you guys all the best in Colorado and to the families of this , the family of this young girl .

Continue to be active , continue to be aware and look for opportunities to add additional support and backing to this young girl as she ventures on throughout her school year . Now this next story . It does bring some interesting concern to me personally because , as a married person , there are things that are going to go wrong in a marriage .

Sometimes things are not going to go the way that you intend them to , and one of the things that often comes up is divorce , divorcing your maid , etc . Well , someone wise once told me that when we go through the phase of marriage , we go through the steps of marriage , because marriage is in a phase that's supposed to be a lifelong arrangement .

When we go through these steps of marriage , there's going to be growth . There has to be growth involved in the marriage . You can't come into the marriage with the same hard headed thinking that you may have had when you were single because you're giving up the eyes for the weeds , something that me and my wife constantly apply to ourselves each and every day .

There are some times when people feel like they just got to get out of a marriage and they've had enough . This particular story outlines just how interesting some people's desire is to get out of a marriage . Christian school teacher allegedly tried to poison hubby's smoothie with deadly plant during a fair .

A Christian school teacher has been charged with attempted murder for allegedly poisoning her husband while she had an affair after he set up a hidden camera that captured her adding a toxic plant into his smoothie .

Officials said Sarah Schaefer , 37 , an art and design teacher at Calvary Lutheran High School in Jefferson County in Missouri , was first charged last week with first degree domestic assault after her husband told police he had been ill for about six weeks . She has since been charged with first degree attempted murder and armed criminal action .

According to a probable cause statement , the husband described eight occurrences in which Schaefer provided a beverage or food that had an odd taste and shortly after ingesting he experienced extreme fatigue , confusion , blurred vision , severe cotton mouth and nausea .

He told authorities that a drink she gave him on December 31 had a bitter taste and that when he asked her about it , she stated she urinated in it and added an industrial strength adhesive into it .

According to the filing After , schaefer later denied adding anything into the smoothie , her husband installed a surveillance camera in the kitchen where , on January 16 , he observed a bag labeled Lily of the Valley on the table . Schaefer admitted to adding a root of the plant into a blender while preparing a smoothie .

According to the probable cause statement , all parts of Lily of the Valley contain cardiac glycosides which slow down the heart and cause irregular rhythms , according to the National Capital Poison Center , which categorizes the plant as having major toxicity .

Schaefer said she is in a relationship with someone who lives in Pakistan and has conducted Google searches for flights to Pakistan . Calvary Lutheran high school said it was notified by police on Wednesday of a criminal matter pertaining to an employee who has since been placed on leave . Schaefer is being held on a no bond arrest warrant at the Cole County Jail .

No hearings have been set in the case as of Monday morning .

TV Show, TikTok, and Murder

So now you have a perfect example of a very popular TV show that I love to watch . It's called Snapped , and the entire basis of the foundation of the show is women going wild , and the sad thing about it is some of the motives behind the killings and the attempt of murders , and this show .

It covers the murders , but some of the motives that people come up with today are just insane . People will kill you at the drop of a hat for no apparent reason at all , and the sad part about it is she was willing to jeopardize everything Her career , her life , his life , etc . Her family's life . Her dad may mention that this doesn't seem like his daughter .

This character is out of the blue , but that's just it . When it comes to human conduct , one day persons are good and the next day they're not good . The next day , they're trying to get involved in something that you had no idea that this person that you know and love would be capable of getting involved in .

Well , we're so happy to hear that her plot was foiled and that she was apprehended before this man's life could be taken . It would have been tragic , though , to see just another case of a person losing their life over something foolish nonsense .

The thing that really gets me , though , is that she was having an affair , so why not just run off with the other person ? Why do you have to kill your mate you know officially making them an ex-mate why do you have to go that route , to just go as far as to murder someone ?

I'll never understand the reasoning behind some of the things that people do today . Here's our follow-up story , and I thought once again , another very dramatic turn of events at this particular middle school , but when you think about the reason as to why they did it , can we really call it dramatic .

North Carolina Middle School takes bathroom mirrors away from TikTok addicted students . North Carolina middle schoolers had their mirror privileges revoked after they spent too much time in the school's bathroom filming TikTok videos .

The Allamance Burlington School System announced this week the Southern Allamance Middle School resorted to removing the restroom mirrors to cut down on distractions . Some students were caught cutting class and visiting the bathroom up to nine times a day . Students were going to the bathroom for long periods of time and making TikTok videos .

Les Atkins , the Public Relations Officer for the school system , made mention . The mirrors , atkins explained , were heavily featured in videos the middle schoolers were filming for the app . Although an atypical punishment , the penalty seems to have already done the trick Not as many visits to the bathroom , not staying as long and students are held accountable .

And then , when there's accountability , you see a great difference . Atkins said the school district has also implemented a digital hall pass system which will allow students to check in and out of class , allowing the school to track how much time students are spending outside of the classroom .

The adjustments are just another step toward the district's new goal of teaching the kids about what it's calling digital citizenship . We're trying to educate students . We all have cell phones now . We have to learn to use them . We have to learn when to put them down .

Atkins said the crackdown comes just months after multiple US tech experts warned that Gen Z would grow increasingly addicted and reliant on TikTok . Montana became the first state to ban the app last year , claiming they were saving their citizens from Chinese Communist Party Surveillance .

Now , when you think about the fact that students today are indeed addicted to TikTok , it can be extremely unsettling . There has to be balance .

There has to be balance , and one of the things that really gets me , because obviously my podcast is on TikTok , but one of the things that gets me in connection with some young people today is it really encourages them to be absorbed in themselves , it really enlightens or adds to some of the very challenges these young people are going through .

They watch these TikTok celebrities , these influencers , these individuals who have these seemingly positive and happy lifestyles and most of the time that's not nearly the case and then they want to imitate these people . They want to worship these TikTokers , these influencers .

They dress like them , they talk like them and the sad part about it is they're not really doing anything to better your life . That was one of the reasons why I created this podcast Dedicated to my brother who was killed almost four years ago , who was murdered . My younger brother Got it , got to start thinking about other people .

Influencer Responsibility and School Incidents

My biggest thing is if you're an influencer and you have this large following , do something with it . Yeah , it's good to joke . I love to joke Like . I've mentioned that a hundred times . I'm a very funny dude Like I . Really I get down with it . If you guys ever catch my movie reviews , you see how active and lively I am .

But if it's not going to benefit the viewers at the end of the day , if it's not going to move or influence someone's life . At the end of the day , then can you really call yourself a content creator , and so the fact that the school has removed these mirrors from the bathroom is a staple .

It shows students that there are consequences for your actions and that you can't be that self-absorbing yourself . The selfies , the posing , all of these things drawing attention to yourself . Think about how you can help someone else in the future . You'd be surprised at what the outcome is . Now this next particular story .

I know this teacher was thinking a lot more about what she could do for the future rather than someone else doing something for her in the future . Middle school teacher in Virginia pulls AR-15 on kids after doorbell prank . We're going to Fredericksburg , virginia .

A middle school teacher in Fredericksburg was arrested and charged after she allegedly chased a group of girls while pointing an AR-15 rifle at them . The teacher did all this because the girls rang her doorbell and took off running . The game is called Ding Dong Ditch . It's pretty shocking .

Based on the details coming from investigators , a 35-year-old Duran Da Bailey , a teacher at Walker Grant Middle School , is charged with five counts of brandishing a firearm . Now , according to Fredericksburg Police Department , the incident took place in a Fredericksburg neighborhood on Friday around 4.30pm .

A group of girls were playing Ding Dong Ditch and a police report states they rang Bailey's doorbell twice and took off . The department says moments later Bailey drove up to the children , threatened them and displayed the semi-automatic firearm . The children told their parents , who called the police , and Bailey was arrested and initially taken into custody without bond .

She has since been released . The parent that was spoken with may mention that her daughter was told by the school administration that they're disappointed in the girls and she feels the school administration is supporting the teacher . Nothing further in connection with this story . Now , there's a lot of dynamic that's going on in this particular story .

It's just a game of Ding Dong Ditch . I mean they're making this game come out as if it was something brand new . It's not a brand new game . This is something that's been around for years . But the sad part about it is , although it's all in fun and merry-ment etc , we don't know what the relationship with the teacher and the student is .

They could be bullying this teacher . They could be making fun of her . They could be making fun of her accent , the way she talks . Certain underlying issues might be behind the fact that she would chase these kids off her property with a gun . And then there's also the fact that these kids came on to the property of the teacher .

Now , when this happens , people tend to take this position like okay , well , it wasn't that bad for the teacher to go pull out a gun and chase the girls .

However , if you're looking at it from another perspective , legally the girls should not have been on the teacher's property and that might be something that can be argued in the court of law because these girls stepped on this teacher's property and they played this game with her that she obviously didn't want to play .

That entire dynamic could change , and so the teacher . The legal defense could argue that the teacher did not know that the students were from her particular school . She may have thought that they were criminals . If everyone does their part in the matter , then you can stay away from trouble .

I think when it comes to a lot of the challenges surrounding these stories , it's just a matter of holes that are just growing . If the parents train the kids to respect the delts , they have , their property , et cetera , things can go a different direction . The girls may not have met that outcome , because the teacher could have shot one of these girls .

That would have been tragic . Now , on the other hand , some might say that the teacher can also benefit from self-control , that some things are just not worth pulling out in a rifle on persons . But you never know what anybody is going through at the end of the day . Maybe the teacher felt as though that was her breaking point .

Maybe the girls needed that ding-dong-ditch game to cope with the traumas and tragedies of their own individual lives . Either way , we wish you guys all the best and we hope that this situation gets rectified and that everyone is able to come to a peaceable solution .

As to moving forward , here's our follow-up story Arrest made after students shot following brawl at Miami Northwestern High School . Students confirmed the arrest of a Miami-Dade public school student Friday evening after , they said , another student was shot multiple times at Miami Northwestern Senior High . A video surfaced showing students fighting before .

Police said a teen pulled out a gun and fired at 15-year-old Devin Reeves in the faculty parking lot of the school . Thursday night after a basketball game between Miami Central and Miami Northwestern High School , police said Reeves was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital in critical condition after the shooting .

Authorities with Miami-Dade County Public Schools confirmed Saturday that Reeves and the alleged shooter are both students . It is not clear which school they both attend . Activist Renita Holmes said she was heartbroken . She fears that without improvements , this will continue to happen . Police said two cars were eventually towed from the school parking lot .

Students have not released the identity of the alleged shooter and a motive for the shooting has not been released at this time . Hopefully you guys are able to benefit from this video uploaded beside me in connection with this story . There is so much violence in connection with schools today .

People will always say that there has been violence surrounding the dynamic of school and there has always been frustration and fight . The challenging thing in connection with this particular story is that it is prevalent . It is more and more . Every day , every week , these stories are popping up to my desk .

The incredibly challenging thing about these stories is not necessarily the violence , but it is the reason behind .

I am very big on not judging individuals because you don't know the full story , but once you get some of the details and you start to see , okay , this person has a pattern of violence or this person is just naturally aggressive , you start to wonder , okay , what's going on here ?

Is this someone protecting themselves or is this person just wanting to be reckless and dangerous ? That makes a difference in connection with these particular stories and that is something that really really makes it all the more difficult . Here's our next story .

This is our first second international story in connection with season three 13 students reported killed in an elementary school dorm fire in China's Henan province , bangkok . A fire broke out in dorms at a boarding school for elementary students in central Henan province and 13 students died in the blaze .

Chinese state media reported Saturday All of the dead were third grade students . A teacher told Zongan News , a state-backed media outlet from Hebei province . One person rescued from the scene was being treated in the hospital .

Cctv China State broadcaster said when the police set up a cordon around the school , a Zhe'an news report showed and the dorm where the fire had happened was charred black even on the outside of the building . The school had metal grills covering the windows , as is common in buildings in China . The dormitory room housed approximately 30 students .

According to Zhe'an , the remaining 16 students were safely evacuated . The fire started Friday night and was put out just before midnight at Yingsha School in Rourou Fung Shing District in central Henan . The school's owner was detained , according to the report , state media reported that the public record showed the owner of the school is a man called Li Zong .

The AP could not reach Li .

Tragic Incidents and Controversial Stories

One of the tragedies in connection with this story is that there weren't certain protocols put into place , and when certain protocols aren't put into place , things don't work out . It could have been that certain protocols will eventually be put into place .

One of the things that always gets me in connection with the aftermath or the loss is that persons have lost their lives already . So now what can you realistically do to bring comfort to those who have lost their children ? We're talking about 3rd graders here . I remember what I was doing in the 3rd grade .

I was discovering my talent for writing , my love for writing , and my teacher . I'll never forget her name , ms Dosamon . She said to me Roshan , you have a gift and one day you're going to be a published author . And I said to her you're right . I wrote and published my first book in the 7th grade , at the age of 13 .

Ms Dosamon must have been onto something , and so it just highlights the fact that these young kids at a vital moment in their life , these 13 children here we're talking about 13 3rd graders have lost their lives in a tragedy that might have been prevented . It does tug at the heartstrings .

We send our condolences to you , dear ones in China and Bangkok , and we wish you guys all the best to a speedy recovery . Here's our follow up story Aurora High School journalist reveal alleged social media sex torsion of fellow students .

On January 17th , the student newspaper the range view Raider Review published an article detailing an Instagram account that apparently obtained illicit photographs of students and sold the uncensored versions . The student journalist said victims had to pay the account to have their photograph removed .

It became a big thing that was spreading throughout our school , said Ioni Narajka , a senior who worked on the piece . Less than a week ago , some Instagram accounts started popping up and sharing censored illicit photos of high schoolers . There were about 100 in total at least , and about a dozen of them were from range view .

We decided let's write a story about it and , like put clarifying information , try and figure out how many victims there are and , potentially , who's doing this . Aurora Police confirmed they are investigating a potential sex torsion case at Rainesview High School , but have not been able to confirm how many people are impacted .

The spokesperson for the department added that it is possible that allegations could involve other schools , but that has not been confirmed either . The interesting thing about this story that I found to be gripping is that these photos are AI generated .

Children is using the power of AI technology which everyone believes is such a great thing for the human race to sex-stort these children . Parents are deeply concerned and worried about their children , not knowing as to when this madness is going to particularly end . This all goes back to me having kids , me and my wife . What would I do in that scenario ?

At this point now you find yourself stuck . You are at a crossroads because there is nothing you can do to stop this . They don't know who set this page up . They don't know how long this has been going on . Once something is out there on social media , it's as good as frozen in time .

I know that in Aurora , you guys at Rainesview High School , this is something that is stirring your emotions , but do know that we are going to continue to follow this story as best that we personally can . We have your backs on the Everyday Podcast .

We love each and every one of you guys and we hope that you guys are able to put a stop to this heinous crime before it starts to blow up and escalate in ways we can't even fathom right now . Our next story also deals with another scenario that is quite unfathomable .

Now I know that I'm not the greatest in connection with playing basketball , but I don't think I'm anywhere near as challenged as this particular person . 30-year-old accidentally shot himself at Como Park Elementary School . A 30-year-old man accidentally shot himself in the leg while playing basketball Thursday evening at Como Park Elementary School .

According to the St Paul Police Department , officers were called to the school around 5.45pm and found the man with a gunshot wound to his leg . He was brought to the hospital . There was a parent night happening at the school and the man was playing basketball while carrying the handgun on his body , police said .

Investigators said the gun wasn't holstered and went off shooting him in the lower leg . Nobody else was injured in this incident . Police say the man had a valid permit to carry a gun . When the investigation is complete , it will be forwarded to the Ramsey County Attorney's Office , which will then decide whether to charge him .

The district crisis team will be at the school on Friday for students and staff that want to talk about what happened , in addition to the school counselor and social worker Whacker continued . Now , the interesting thing about this particular story is that this individual wasn't able to be as charged , as it were .

The school had this to say , though we want to remind everyone that firearms are not allowed on any St Paul Public Schools property . This includes in the parking lot and in the building . St Paul Public School spokeswoman Erica Whacker said in a statement what an interesting last name .

And so now you have that situation that's developing as to which way they're going to go with this . Technically , you're not supposed to have a gun on school property , and I'm saying technically because legally , yes , but the man had a permit to carry .

So now they're finding themselves dealing with another set of circumstances , and they may with these kind of situations , especially if he had a kid at the school or if he was trying to pick someone up and he was just fooling around .

Being reasonable in these situations can definitely lead the way for peace to develop between the schools and the families in the future . So we hope that they're able to use good judgment and discernment and deciding what they're going to do with this particular individual . Well , guys , we've reached that final , final part of the show .

Our last two stories , and these ones are definitely going to leave you scratching your head . Missouri High School student who attacked 65-year-old teacher and viral video faces charges . An extremely graphic and disturbing clip has been circulating on social media of a Missouri student repeatedly punching her 65-year-old teacher during a violent hallway exchange .

It happened at Normandy High School classroom on Wednesday . The teacher was hospitalized and is expected to make a full recovery . The video has been sent almost 17 million times on X . Of course , the kids heard screaming in the video , looked on and simply recorded the incident instead of intervening or finding help .

Authorities have said criminal charges will be sought against the student through the St Louis County juvenile courts . No further information and connection with this particular story , other than the sad fact that these children , instead of trying to offer help to this teacher , they decide to film and record what appears to be a very gruesome beating .

This teacher is 65-years-old and you can be able to see just how aggressive this student is . In connection with beating on this teacher , there were things that growing up , I would not dream of doing . One of those things is striking an adult .

I have no reason or have any authority to be striking an adult , let alone recording it and making a mockery of it For the teacher who endured this beating . We're glad that this teacher is going to make a speedy and wild recovery . No names were identified in connection with this story , but you do have our love and our support .

Being a teacher today is an entirely different animal . I have some friends that are teachers , and God bless them , because it's not easy to be a teacher dealing with these kids today because their mentality . You would think there's a distance between you and them . That distance starts at home .

It's not because these students are being neglected or because all teachers are bad . It's one of those things where , when a child used to enter a classroom , they used to have a desire to learn . Right now , kids just don't have that desire . They don't see the need for school anymore . But can you blame them ? Think about it .

Youtubers , tiktokers , those influencers they make more money than teachers . Some of these YouTubers are bringing in more money than celebrities , those who have worked hard blood , sweat , tears , performed shows , slept in cars . They're making more money than them just recording and filming from home . Now , I'm not trying to sound hypocritical .

I'm not a famous , rich , wealthy YouTuber . I'm just doing what I can each and every week because I love persons . But hypothetically speaking , it could grow . These things they grow fast . You never know what can happen in that regard . That's the interesting thing about it .

If this is where society is now as far as bringing in financial gain and school is designed and created to help a student or a child rather get financial stability , then which road do you think they're going to take ?

They're probably going to take the road that seems like they can get to that financial stability quicker than going through all of these years of school . That does not work out for everyone as it should . Here's our final story for the night guys . Ramapo cops arrest 14-year-old accused of bomb threat at Suffolk High School .

Ramapo , a 14-year-old boy , has been arrested on two felony counts , accusing him of initiating a bomb scare that evacuated Suffolk High School . Police said Tuesday . The young man arrested on Monday by police faces charges of making a terrorist threat and first degree falsely reporting an incident . Ramapo detective Lieutenant Chris Franklin said in a news release .

Police arrested the youth after a four-month investigation into a bomb threat on September 21, . Franklin said the young man's name will not be released due to his age . Franklin said the disposition of the charges will be handled in Rockland County Family Court , which oversees such cases involving minors .

The threat led school administrators to evacuate hundreds of the students and coordinate a response , including a search of the school , with multiple law enforcement agencies . The Ramapo police department was assisted in the investigation by town officers assigned to the FBI task force and the Suffolk Police Department .

The Suffolk Central School District officials cooperated with the police . Nothing further in connection with this particular story . We're talking now about bomb threats .

We were just talking about how kids today don't take school seriously , and the sad part about it is that there is no one that's really going to try to invest the healthiest kids to see the value of school , and that's one of the biggest concerns that I have . That's another reason why I started this podcast . Someone has to care , man .

At the end of the day , someone has to put on their big boy pants , someone has to go for that pay cut , someone has to make time out of their busy , busy day to let these kids know that they're loved and cared about , because if they don't , then these kids are going to continue down that same road .

They're going to continue down that same path that they're going and no one's going to be there to pull them out .

I think that is the most tragic thing that a kid can ever experience Not going through the unforeseen occurrences of life or dealing with the pains and the traumas of accidents , but just the sad point of feeling as though no one cares about them , they're not loved and everyone is giving up on them .

Well , guys , before we wrap up the show , I just wanted to give a shout out to a very particular comment in connection with one of my videos . I really appreciate everyone that's been reaching out lately and sharing just their thoughts on how well they appreciate the show .

For me that's the best part of YouTube being able to interact with you guys on these stories and be able to communicate . One thing that really stood out to me was the fact that you acknowledged the authenticity of the information that I get . Every night . Tuesday night , friday , excuse me Tuesday night between four and six , I film my show .

It's about an hour . It's got a lot of outtakes , bloopers I have to edit , etc . Then the show is edited throughout the rest of the week . Sometimes I can do it on the same night . I'll get it done , have it uploaded , so it'll be right there on time for you guys . Every Friday it's released 8am on YouTube and on all podcast platforms .

When it comes to my research in particular , what I'm able to do is start my research early . Today is Tuesday . That means my research for next week's episode starts Wednesday , all the way until Sunday . Once I get everything gathered for Sunday . I've checked the sources .

I've looked at several articles from the local paper so that what the mainstream news is saying Monday I do a review and I read through all of the stories to really get that part those points out that it's going to represent what the entire story is about . It's not about just making a person look bad .

It's about the entire scenario and connection with these stories . Once I'm able to represent that in a way that's pleasing to me and that represents what RAD is about , then I'm ready to film and give you guys these particular stories each and every week .

So , yes , it does take quite a bit of research and time for me to be able to gather all of this information , but it's worth it , because each and every person that watches this channel , each and every person that subscribes to this channel , that becomes an RAD or , as it were , your family , and we can't thank you enough for being here with us on this
