This is a personal file that follows the steps of Patrick Bet-David and Steve Harvey.  PBD says accumulating emotional memories to add impact to your affirmations. Steve Harvey says write the vision and make it plain.  Both are tied to God.  I'd encourage you to do the same!  I'm back to meditating an  hour in the morning then doing 20 minutes of yoga.  30 day goal-  no porn, no smoking, meditate every day.  I'll be listening to this episode every morning on the treadmill as I walk a few minutes to wake up before starting to meditate.  Happy New Year everyone!
