Jonesing, so staying busy

A while back someone wrote in to me that they had been clean for a full year and staying distracted/busy was their key to staying clean.  It's so wild too because there is ALWAYS something to do.  Shave, tidy up the bedroom, pack lunch for the next day, etc.  I was getting lost in my phone, avoiding meditating and avoiding some drama with the wife and new I needed to snap out of it.  Came in to the second bedroom for some scripture, checked my email inbox, saw a message, and said I gotta do this.  Another day clean!
