In this episode I share my thoughts and experience on the value of integrating both, creating space for all parts of yourself - your productive, focused, driven parts, and the imperfect, yet authentic parts of you. Like the waves and cycles of nature, we go through our own emotional, physical and spiritual cycles. I believe an authentic spiritual path is one that welcomes all parts of you and allows for the natural ebbs and flows of your human experience without having to be any one way.
